The hotel was wonderful, we got upgraded to a better room. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious.

The room smelled horrible like piss, because of that we deed not sleep well at all, the curtains had holes en so deed the bed, the hotel is very poorly Maintained, de carpets true out the hotel are very dirty, I accidentally took an accessible room and it was not possible to change it. When I check in I was told that breakfast started at 8 am but it starts at 7:30. If I deed not ask about it in de morning I would not have known. Because I had to leave at 8 so I ordered a lunch pack bewaar that seemed like the only option. So overall a horrible experience. Don’t recommend this hotel The only thing I liked was the the view from the restaurant.

Very nice location and the room was very comfortable. Would be nice to have tea facilities in the room as well. Kitchen closes quite early as well but the people serving in the restaurant were very accommodating.

Beautiful park and view to hills and forest. Silence on the balcony, only birds sing. Excellent choice to relax just 10-15 minutes from Nijmegen city center.

Great staff, poor management
Extremely friendly and helpful staff despite the hotel overall being under-staffed and apparently rather poorly managed. It would have been very welcome to have had the promised coffee machines in the rooms and a bar that was staffed. Cleanliness could have been better. We got the feeling that the staff are left to get on with it with very little management support. The hotel would hugely benefit from an update and more visibly supported staff. We cannot emphasise enough how great the staff were despite the circumstances.

Nice setting, good value for money
Lovely staff, clean, large room with comfy beds. Good value for money. Food was good although breakfast was quite expensive and because it is a choice of 1 of the 3 set menu options, I didn’t really get what I wanted and some food ended up wasted, sadly. The grounds are idyllic and lovely walks nearby.

Stunning view from the terrace.
Very good beds. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. Perfect TV in the room. Cold tapwater was not cold but felt like room temperature. And the asset of this hotel is the stunning view from the terrasse. Breakfast was not impressive. Possibly due covid measures

Family trip with 2 small kids Hotel remotely located (car needed). Area is nice, Good bus connection to down town The Hotel in general leaves a good impression with a nice garden and nice dinner place. The room was aged but clean and without fridge. Service is not prepared to support foreigners with travellinvg, I have not been to NL for ages and was confused by the card payments everywhere - since I do not have a respective card. So I asked the Hotel for help. They sold me bus tickets, which I could not use, looked up complicated connections (and a bit struggling with English) …. was a very unpleasant experience. Only thanks to helpful bus drivers we could make our trip …. and paid afterwards (thanks for their trust).

Nice secluded hotel
The staff was fantastic. They made sure we were taken care of. The rooms could use some upgrades. You could tell it's been a while since they were remodeled, but they were still clean and comfortable. It is outside of town almost in a secluded wooded area so you do need a car to get there and do anything else.

Walking trail around hotel.
Very nice area, we had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Bike rental was cheap at 10 euros for the day, we enjoyed cycling around nearby towns going to supermarket and local pub. We used the indoor pool in the morning then stayed in their Veranda. Breakfast was sufficient. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Great location, nice quiet room, comfortable bed. One main concern was the fact that the bar was closed when we returned to the hotel about 2200hrs. We found the other bar where several people were sitting, but although there were four or five staff in and out of the room, we and other customers found it difficult to get anyone to serve us.

The hotel was exactly what we required as they had a nice, big family room (we are 2 adults, 3 kids). Service was good. Surroundings are beautiful. Short 10-minute walk to village with a few nice restaurants. However the hotel is a bit 'dated' and old-fashioned. That didn't really bother us though.

You get what you pay for
A little tired although a great and quiet location. Hotel is kept clean although in need of redecoration and new carpets etc Breakfast is simply scrambled eggs and greasy bacon (EVERY DAY), with a poor cereal selection, a few bits of cheese & meats and too much bread. Very poor breakfast wise but no where to go out to get any better. Half a glass of beer and the top half is foam so be prepared to get massively short changed on the draft beer. I do think its an anti-english thing sadly! Club sandwich is best on an otherwise flat menu. The bottom line is that it's a fair price for what you get although I would rather pay more and get that little extra. Overall 6.5/10

Excellent value quiet park Hotel
I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints me. Excellent value in a very quiet park setting. The breakfast buffet is superb .

Nice hotel with horrible/no WIFI
No wifi in my room or many others in the hotel. When asked to move to another room, they said it would cost more. I chose this hotel to have free wifi as it was my first night alone in a foreign country for study abroad. I needed to contact my family and was only able to do so from the lobby.
