The property was fantastic. The staff were fantastic. Working really hard and provided a great stay at basically the only place open on the mountain. But it didn't feel like anything was lacking. Breakfast was great, dinner was absolutely delicious. Will definitely come back again to try some of the hiking paths in the area.

A very good choice
Very friendly people giving good service. Very clean room with a beautiful view on the balcony. There is a choice of excellent dishes in the evening all from the region chosen by the hotel, also not that expensive.

the staff are very helpful, the location is in the mid of the mountains and very nice surroundings. the food at the hotel is excellent.

Underwhelming with no wi-fi
The hotel does not even remotely deserve the 4.7 star rating that was indicated in June 2015. Moreover, the hotel does not even have any character and is really remote. Having said that, the hotel is an overall good condition, and the staff speaks solid English. The room for an adult and two kids turned out to have only one queen size bed, and no additional bed or sofa. Wi-fi didn't work at any point during our stay. In addition, the electricity was not available in our room the entire morning.

Lovely hotel in the beautiful Bergamo Alps.
This hotel is a great find. Set in a sleepy village in the stunning Bergamo mountains. The hotel is a family run hotel which is welcoming and totally Italian. The owners speak a little English but with our own efforts of Italian there were no problems in fact this added to the escape from our busy modern lives. When we arrived the hotel restaurant was busy with locals enjoying Sunday lunch - a good sign!! The food in the hotel is as with all authentic Italian dishes simple but delicious. Rooms are clean and comfortable with lovely bathroom. Just lovely with everything you need with a warm welcoming personal touch.

Wonderful Italian Hospitality
We loved our stay at Costa. Clara and her family were simply the best people we have ever encountered on our travels. Very friendly and accomodating to our every need. The food was delicious and it was a great atmosphere. We stayed there for four nights and were very sorry to leave. The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area. We recommend anyone, for any ocassion, to stay at this wonderful family hotel.

great mountain village location
This hotel is located in a small mountain village. Clean quiet rooms with lovely views . Cold buffet type breakfast served with the best fresh coffee I have ever tasted. Very enjoyable stay with nothing to complain about.

Wonderful Costa Imagna
This hotel is a gem but you need a car and to enjoy being in the high hills with hairpin access - we love this sort of place and the hotel is immaculate with excellent local food and drink as well.

Trate de cancelar la reservación debido a un problema que se me presento en el trabajo y por ende no pude viajar el domingo 28 a las 12 del medio dia y no me respondieron, me dijeron que llamara a booking y había hecho la reserva por expedia, volví a llamar en el transcurso del dia y no contestaron, escribí por el chat del sitio y me respondieron el lunes despues del medio dia diciendo que no me reembolsaban ni la mitad del dinero que porque supuestamente no me había comunicado con ellos y me habían esperado el 27 de mayo hasta las 2 am, no me reembolsaron ni la mitad de lo que pague por adelantado cuando la cláusula decía que si cancelaba la reservación me cobraban un dia mas recargos, yo ofrecí que me cobraran en ese caso la mitad de la estadía para no perder todo el dinero y aun asi no quisieron y no me volvieron a responder ni me explicaron porque se había tomado esa decisión, muy mala atención y servicio, me sentí estafado.

Capisco benissimo che il cliente può avere avuto problemi sul lavoro e non è potuto partire, ma poteva benissimo avvisare che non sarebbe arrivato, invece il sottoscritto ha aspettato fino alle 02:00 provando più volte a chiamarlo sul numero telefonico lasciato senza nessuna risposta, e.... solo lunedì mattina chiama per sapere cosa deve fare per annullare la prenotazione.La risposta non poteva che essere troppo tardi. Vorrei far presente che più volte non è stata applicata nessuna penale, anche se ne avevamo il diritto ma per clienti che chiamano in anticipo spiegando il loro problema (vero o no che sia) , ma non dopo 2 giorni.Buona serata.

The best service we have ever had. The small family worked night and day. Just made our journey to northern Italy so much better. Amazing views from the hotel as well.

Albergo nella norma, a conduzione familiare e personale gentile. La strada per arrivarci e per scendere in Città è in salita tipica di un sentiero montuoso. Abbastanza distante dal centro città e dall'autostrada.

Il luogo è un paese senza particolari attrattive ma tranquillo e con un'ottima panetteria. Si presta a passeggiate e camminate in montagna molto piacevoli con splendidi panorami. L'albergo è ben tenuto, con camere spaziose, gradevoli e pulite. Ottima cucina

Frühstück ist etwas spartanisch, der Rest ist gut.
Das Hotel ist über eine Bergstraße zu erreichen. In der Nähe vom Hotel befindet sich die Dorfkirche (Nachts wird nicht geläutet). Rest ist OK.

В общем хорошо. Отель в горах. Добираться по серпантину минут 20, что хорошо при машине с автоматом (а без машины вообще там делать нечего). Очень красиво вокруг и приветливо внутри. Но с едой (если привередливы) трудновато будет. Рядом только пиццерия и гелатерия. Маркета нет. Меню в самой гостинице нет - что есть, то и приносят - на выбор 2-3 блюда. Но завтраки нормальные. Особенно булочки. Контингент в основном преклонного возраста.

Jeśli masz 1 dzień "postoju" w Bergamo - tak jak ja miałem - warto zatrzymać się w tym hotelu. Mimo, że dojazd zajmie ok. 70 min (miejskim autobusem) relacja ceny do jakości zdecydowanie na korzyść Hotelu Costa niż np. jakiegokolwiek hostelu w samym Bergamo. Jest czysto, wygodnie, dobre śniadanie, właścicielka niezwykle pomocna i miła. Z atrakcji miejscowych - dobre miejce na spacer.

Easy living - Hotel Costa

Hotel Costa - mukava hotelli hienolla paikalla
Viihtyisä ja uudenveroinen pienehkö hotelli hienolla paikalla. Vaatii ajamista autolla vuoristoteitä pitkin, mutta maisemat ovat upeat! Palvelu erinomaista, vaikka kielitaito henkilökunnalla hieman rajoitettua. Asiat hoituvat kuitenkin hyvin.

Godt hotel i landsby i bjergene
Hotellet er moderne og behageligt - og billigt! Der er er velafmærkede stier til vandreture i området. Der er en hyggelig stemning på hotellet, da det bruges som mødested for de lokale. Vi var de eneste udenlandske turister, da vi var på hotellet sidst i juli.
