Amazing stay
Amazing stay, wonderful location wether it was to walk around Bergamo or travel out via train (10min walk from the station). Friendly staff, good sized room and cool vibe.

Great hotel location
This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. Not a grain of dust in the room. The spacious modern bathroom also showed no signs of mould in the corners of tiles. Besides the occasional sound of trains from the railway behind, the hotel was quiet and the staff were very helpful. Its location close to the train station was excellent, since you do not have to go far to catch the airport bus or a train to Milan. P.S. Art lovers will appreciate the high quality paintings and antique furniture from different époques that decorate corridors and the hotel's entrance.

The air conditioning did not work because there are restrictions on energy saving.The air conditioning is no longer turned on and the heating is STILL not turned on. These are the Italian laws.We have the lobby bar could ask how many coffees he could want.For the mosquitoes he had mentioned this at the reception, the problem was immediately resolved

Brilliant if you have a flight from Bergamo.
Very friendly and professional woman on reception. I felt reassured she would help us if needed. I also liked a certain quirkiness about some of the communal furnishings - the place has character. It was also only 10 or 15 minutes' walk to the train station, so brilliant for getting a flight from Bergamo. Very good value.

I love this hotel.
I love this hotel as it is very quiet. There are no noisy staff cleaning the public areas or noisy guests. A good night’s sleep is guaranteed. Disappointed that they don’t offer breakfast anymore due to COVID. They have a lovely roof terrace where they used to do this. They do offer coffee/tea in reception and water in the fridge in the room. There are lots of bars/restaurants nearby.

Welcoming hotel and staff
Staff were very helpful and friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. And it was only 10 minutes walk from the station. A great base for my brief stay in Bergamo.

Good for a business trip (do not demand luxury)
It was good for a conference trip. May not be good for as family seeking a bit more luxury. Location was good. Breakfast was OK. Staff were very friendly and cooperative.

Very nice hotel within very easy walking distance of the train station. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were all very helpful, were travelling with friends who like ourselves could not find a downside to our stay.

Good hotel in a convenient location
The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the central station. We arrived late, but settled without any problems. The room is big and clean. The bed is soft and comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need. Breakfast is good, tasty, there is a choice of food. Very friendly service for breakfast and at the front desk. It is possible to leave luggage before departure for a walk around the city.

Stayed for 3 nights,first holiday in Italy,hotel well placed near railway station,good room size,excellent bathroom +shower.Good continental type breakfast options but cooked breakfast offered,pleasant helpful staff,english spoken.Would definitely stay here again,very good value for money & would recommend to anyone staying in Bergamo.

Nice people but trains are not good
Nice enough hotel and parking which is a bonus. Room was very hot and could not find a way to turn the temp down so opened the window but unfortunately its next to a trainline and the noise was too bad.

University visit
We needed to stay in Bergamo so as to get the daughter settled into her university for her overseas part of her degree, the hotel is compact and makes the most of the space it has. It is reasonably placed for a walk (10 mins) to the rail and train stations, the town centre is probably a five minute walk and staff can make some good recommendations for restaurants. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel but not with Expedia, due to their system failings in not booking triple rooms, we had additional room costs. Not just for Bergamo but three other locations we travelled to whilst in Italy.

Good central hotel for exploring Bergamo.
Stayed 1 night in Bergamo on route to Mandello Del Lario. The hotel is situated a short walk from the main bus/train station & although it is at the side of the main road the noise wasn't too bad. Our room was a good size with a comfortable large double bed & en suite which was clean & well equipped. The breakfast was continental but with a good choice of food & plenty of it. The staff were all very helpful & when we went exploring the town & the Citta Alta before moving on we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for the day after we had checked out.

Stayed previously at this hotel and will do so again when I am in Bergamo. Nice clean room with an adequate breakfast. Only a 5/10 min walk to the centre of lower Bergamo.

We emailed ahead as our flight landed at 23.15. The receptionist was very nice as were all staff. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. We found the bed a little hard. Breakfast choice was fine served in a pleasant room, We paid 65euro which was ideal. We would stay again.
