Needs better communications
The room itself was OK, and it's a fairly easy ten-minute walk South from the train station, but you must check in at an office just North of the train station that isn't very easy to find. I think they should explain all this in more detail for travellers.

Pros: Fast WiFi 20Mbps. Spacious room. Cons: Bad sound isolation (heard the neghbours coming to their room). Very basic self-service breakfast: tea/coffee, small juice box, pudding, toast, cereal+milk. No fruits.

The hotel its a little difficult to find, plus the checking it's done at the office which is close to the train station, not at the hotel, my room was big, but the internet didn't work

We drove around for an hour after midnight trying to find this hotel that is hidden in what looks like a run down block of flats, the office is in a bus station somewhere nearby and we not could see anywhere to park needless to say we gave up and booked into another hotel with a sign outside and parking. Can't comment on the quality as we never made it inside but from the outside it looks very rough.

Must check in at the Bergamo bus station!
At no point was I told that I needed to go to the Bergamo bus station to check in - I walked from the train station (next to the bus station) to the hotel, which is not very-well marked, only to find out that I needed to walk back to the bus station to check in. I was given a room that someone else was already inhabiting, and in fact the key that I was given opened EVERY room! I called the "concierge" and he came to give me a different room and key. The next day, he gave someone else the same treatment - they unlocked my room while I was in it! Imagine my surprise! The wifi was usually good, except on my 2nd morning, when I had to manually unplug and then reconnect the router. The rooms are equipped with blackout "curtains" of a sort, so that's always appreciated. On my 3rd day, the shower was ice cold the entire day. I couldn't shower in the morning, and when I waited to do so later on, it was the same problem that evening. There's no carpet, which amplifies all the sounds throughout the common area and sleeping rooms, and even ear plugs couldn't block out the sounds. I will not be staying here again.

Perfectly fine, very clean accommodation, 10 min walk from central station. Very nice staff. Only minus would be 1. it is not near the nicer part of Bergamo (but honestly it is a better value for money and you can just take the bus to the old town) and the noise. The amount of street noise from my room (nr 1) made it really difficult to sleep well. I tolerate a lot but if staff were there 24 hours, I probably would have asks for another room actually. The back rooms were probably better.

best value we have ever had!!!
I was actually really sad that we only stayed in our room for a single short night before we had to catch our flight home. Our room was large, beautiful, clean and very nice, with a fun bed for the children, a balcony my husband and I enjoyed, and the breakfast was ready in the room for us (so even though we had to get up and leave at 5:30am we could still get our breakfast). And it was the cheapest room we have had in all of Europe. The staff was extremely nice and very friendly with out little ones. She made sure that everything was taken care of for us and called and set up the cab to pick us up in the morning for us. We did have a problem with getting there. We took a train into Bergamo and the address for the room on Hotels.com was a very short walk from there. But when we got there we found out that the office to check in with, and our room, wasn't there at all (they have several rooms scattered around the city in different locations). I called for help and the employee sent a cab over instantly and took us to the correct location (and obviously they covered the cost of the cab). our family really really enjoyed this hotel.

Good sized room
We stayed here for a night on arrival at airport which is only 15 mins away. Had some difficulty in finding hotel as it is basically a door in a building with a very small sign - the accommodation is upstairs. Parking is on the street, which is free if you manage to get a spot. There was no response to our knocking for some time but by chance the owner was passing and let us in - don't know how long we would have waited otherwise. The room was big and airy, very modern and clean with a shared bathroom. Continental breakfast was self-service. Apart from arrival we were very happy with our stay as we wanted to get from the airport, explore Bergamo and then move on the next day so it was ideal. It is a bit of a walk into town, but worth it and if you get time go up on the funicular railway to the old town.

Fantastic.
Picked up at train station, good sights pointed out to us, map supplied with POIs and great advice. Room was huge, breakfast was tasty. Service in general was brilliant. Hotel is about 10 minutes from new town and 30 from old town when walking. Church bells very nearby but the whole town seems to be 50% churches so bells everywhere. Just remember to put the shutters down at night or it'll be very bright in the morning we didn't realise at first that there was shutters. Will use again.

Very friendly hosts, gave me a map, advised on best places to eat and visit. very good value for money. very clean, simple and homely. Location is not perfect, church bells ring very close by and can have slightly noisy neighbors in the evening.

STAY HERE!!
The couple who own this property are so nice, and the wife was especially welcoming. The couple's son called me the day of my arrival to give me public transportation directions on how to get from the airport to the B&B in English. I took Bus #1 from Bergamo airport to Bergamo train station. The B&B is conveniently located a few blocks from the Bergamo train station. The wife was waiting for me at the train station in the rain with a welcoming smile when I arrived, and we walked the few blocks to the B&B. The property is located within what I believe was an apartment building. The B&B was extremely clean and exceeded my expectations. I loved my autumn-themed room! I had a good night's sleep overall, though I woke up a few times because of some noisy guests. The breakfast spread included a variety of cereals, yogurts, pastries, jams, coffees, and fruit juices. My favorite part was the individual size Nutella packets! Despite their limited English, the owners really communicated their hospitality. If I ever find myself in Bergamo again, this is the place I will stay!

No complaints at all.Everything was simple,clean and efficient.Internet was always available at no extra cost.Guido the,owner,was always helpfull and friendly.I normally don't like shared bathrooms but in this case it wasn't a problem.Two decent bathrooms for 4 rooms.A mob to dry the bathroom floor and a microwave oven in the kitchen would be a nice touch.

Great Value for money. Got picked up and airport & dropped to B&B, Lovely clean spacious room & separate but equally clean bathroom & showers. We were directed to locally Pasta house which was fab & the Mexicana bar on same street was good for a drink & had live music. Abt 7-10 Min walk to the station..

Helpful e-mail contact from B&B in advance, they offered airport pick-up included in price which was useful. Friendly service and helpful. Able to leave our luggage after checked out so able to spend day in Bergamo before getting train to next destination later in day. B&B 5-10 mins walk to train/bus station and can get bus from there to the 'upper' town - owner helpful with directions etc. All very clean and well kept, variety of options for breakfast - in a self-service format. Would consider this B&B if returning to area.

False description. Not a Hotel it is an apartment you need to get the key from an information center that is only opened some hours. NOT 24h OPEN RECEPTION - there is no reception. We nerver used the room as the info center was closed.

Due to some technical problems, I was informed at the reception that we would need to stay in other hotel of the same company. Therefore, I cannot say anything about Airport Hotel itself, but the conditions in the other one, Guglielmo D'Alzano Affittacamere, were really good and the reception desk staff was very helpful.

No volvería a ese piso, puesto que tiene un bar justo debajo y fue imposible dormir hasta que cerró a la 01:30 de la mañana. Además pasan muchísimos coches por esa calle. El ruido era horrible.

Zu Fuß zum Flughafen in 30 bis 40 Minuten
Der Hotel Check in ist am Bahnhof von Bergamo, das Hotel selber ist ca. einen Kilometer in Richtung Flughafen entfernt. Sehr sauber und schlicht, auch die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und modern. Zum Check Out muss man nicht zurück zum Büro am Bahnhof (wo man zum Check In hinmuss, grünes CityHub Büro), sondern legt seinen Schlüssel aufs Bett und geht einfach. Musste um 4:40 morgens raus und zum Flughafen, die ersten Busse kommen erst um 5:10, wollte aber um 5:15 am Flughafen sein weil mein Flug um 6:15 losging. War dann zu Fuß um 5:10 da, also in 30 Minuten. Bin aber zügig gegangen, laut Google braucht man 50 Minuten. Wegen des einfachen Check Outs, der Tatsache dass die Person im Büro sehr freundlich war, das Zimmer sehr ordentlich war und der Tatsache dass der Flughafen in Fußreichweite ist, 5 Sterne.
