I parked front hotel all night someone tried stolen my car hotel no camera hotel staf not interested here nothing my car have alarm beeping reception not letting me know They didn't give invoice i never heard they bliem expedia

Junior suite very convenient with 2 rooms for children/parents. The only downside was random strangers coming to use our terrace furniture every night, people think it’s a public amenity. Should be marked private.

That was the most trashy 4star hotel I’ve ever seen. We had to change the room 3 times because every one stank like smoke and like old socks. The carpet was stained. The bed sheets had hair and holes. You could also smell the food from the restaurant downstairs. After this overall failure we just asked for a refund and left…

Nice place for a quick stop-over in Frankfurt
Stayed here for second time and I find it a very practical option specially if you are on short trip as this was my last stop of trip and was just an over-night stay to catch early morning fight. The location is nice as very quite with a shopping mall on walking distance and quick food.

Nice stay no issues. Property is clean and service was excellent. Hotel is walking distance to a nearby indoor shopping center. Gas station and McDonalds are around the corner. Good hotel easy access to airport about 20 min.

A delightful find

One of the best hotels I've visited in Germany, clean, nice penthouse room with a huge terrace on top of the hotel. Parking included, very large bathrooms, small kitchen, fridge, very clean property, we loved it. Huge thank you to the staff for the amazing room they reserved for us!!!! We don't have any other hotel in mind when we come to Frankfurt again except the Amadeus. Thank you!!

Very modern, quiet, elegant hotel. Large room with kitchenette. Easy parking. Professional staff. Clean. Room nicely adorned with cherry trim and woodwork accented with ebony looking accents. Highly recommended.

Room had everything i needed, facilities were good. However, before going to bed, had to kill all of the large bugs flying around the room.

Good hotel - poor wifi fatal flaw
The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to the U4 line, not too mention grocery stores. The main issue i had was with the WiFi, or lack of it. I was able to connect to the WiFi, but, the speed was ridiculously slow and not usable. I contacted the front desk a few times and was finally told it was an issue because the hotel was very busy.

very impressed with both the hotel and staff. a special mention to Jessica on reception when i had a problem trying to access the internet. she took the trouble to input all the details needed for the boarding passes at the airport and printed them for me. the only thing which we didn't experience was the breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport. and the only complaint was the heating was far too high in the room.we will definately stay here again.

I was told that this hotel was 14 minutes from the Main Frankfurt Airport. It was 30 minutes away. Because it cost me $150 in taxi fare to get to and from the hotel from the airport, I was very upset. Also, the taxi on the morning of October 12th started the meter before I ever got in the taxi and I had to pay an extra 7 euro that I do not think was just. Overall the experience was very unpleasant for me and I will not stay overnight in Frankfurt again. The hotel was nice, the distance from the airport was the problem.

Dear Madam, you should contact the taxi Company or a Lawyer to get back your Money. The Taxi fare from the Airport to the Hotel is between 50-75 Euros, it depends on the traffic. But it´s very sad that you are giving us bad grade because you are upset with Taxi Drivers in Frankfurt or the City it self. At this Plattform you should rate the Hotel it self and your experince with us. Best regards Hotel Amadeus.

Awesome hotel. Quite far from old town (1hour or so on foot) but very close to a suitable tram stop, so easy access to old town, train station and airport. The studio was lovely - spacious, comfy and with a lovely terrace and great views of Seckbach.

Nice hotel and a good value. Very convenient to the train. Pros: Comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast (breakfast not included in room price but very nice). Cons: not the best shower ever...you can have hot water or you can have decent water pressure, but not both at the same time. Also, walls are pretty thin, so you can hear elevator and other outside noise. Might be an issue if you are a light sleeper. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

The hotel is located very convenient location. There are train station nearby (2-3 min) walk. Also has superstore nearby (across the street) from the hotel. The staff are really kind, friendly and helpful. Feel like professionally run business. They also have AiR CONDITIONER in the room, but no fridge in the room, though. Free parking. The morning breakfast are really good. Highly recommended !
