Horrible // You d rather take another hotel
Room was dirty full of dust and unknown stains. You would rather take another hotel even if there are $10 more. The only positive thing was the mattress which was comfortable only to spend a night

Walls are paper thin, safe wasn't even bolted to the wall, bathroom was mouldy and overall the hotel could do with updating.

The staff has a very rude attitude bed had human hair on pillow, they gave us a new room and there was hair again on the bed, when asked for a new room or a refund all we got was attitude we ended up staying in a different hotel

Eden was walking distance from the central train station and to many great restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Great value!

Good for a short stay.
It's a good hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay if you are only at the hotel to sleep and shower as we did. The staff is friendly, rooms clean (could use new forniture). The hotel is on walkingdistance from the trainstation, shoppingstreet and center of Antwerp.

Excellent location close to train station and town centre. Room was not cleaned properly: floor had debris and dust and a drink spilled on the wall. Rubbish bins were not emptied the second day of our stay. Recently renovated bathroom at least and comfortable bed.

The receptionist was not very helpful when we checked in. The house keeper cleans only the bathroom without doing the beds. The Hotel position is comfortable but the hotel is 2 stars

Good Location!
We got to the hotel past midnight, we had called and informed the hotel that we will be arriving after midnight and hotel said it was fine, regardless of the fact that on the information page it says checkin closes at midnight. Once we checked in, we saw that it was a basic room, a double bed, desk and open cupboard. Please note there is no safe, kettle or fridge in the room. The bathroom was nice however, our bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet had stains in it and towels were all over the floor. Once complained we got moved to another room. Bit of an Inconvenience, however the night manager at the time was very helpful. Location of this hotel is great Amsterdam central station is a 5 minute walk and is a 5 min walk from the shopping strip. If you are taking a car, the hotel charges €20 per night for parking, however, there is a multi storey car park near that charges €18.50. Coffee and Tea is free from the hotel in the breakfast room, however bottled water and drinks cost €2.50!! Which is steep compared to a water bottle you can get in a super market for less than half that price! Other than that, it’s a basic hotel with good location and staff is really nice.

Nice hotel on a quiet street very close to the train station. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. A fridge and kettle would be nice additions.
