“Was looking for a 3 day weekend getaway to celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday. We wanted to be close to Cacapon State Park for hiking. Also needed a dog friendly place. This place checked all the boxes. We slept in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and both beds were comfy. The house was both rustic with all of the wood interior as well as cute. The home is private, you can only see one other residence and there is a little creek that the pup loved romping in. The outdoor activities were a blast. Note for folks looking to book the home, there is one bathroom which is only accessible through the large bedroom. This could be awkward for some. ”
