Another good stay at the Madejski Hotel. Always a solid choice when I'm in town. Good rooms, efficient service and convenient location.

You cant go wrong by booking here, from the room to the staff the food to the facilites, would highly recommed to anyone that much so we are booking again. Can honestly say ive never stayed in a place where the attention to making you feel welcome goes right to the point of a personal welcome programmed to the TV.

We were chocked by someone open the door in the morning without knocking the door and put her head inside to see if there is someone inside or not :) hahah I never seen this before. Also in the afternoon happened again with a guy opened the door very quietly and put his head forward inside to see if there is anybody inside, :) maybe they took same training together or coming from same background. Also This was the best part of our stay when we were about to go out in the evening for dinner and in the reception area one guy told us not to go out and wait here and some other words which I didn’t hear?? And he looked at me and he said I bet if you understand anything, what kind of hospitality is this? Where is the respect to the guest of the hotel when you tell a customer I bet if you understand anything? Or where is the respect when you open a door of a room and put your head forward inside to see who is in the room. Thanks god that my wife and my daughter were in bed and not moving freely in the room otherwise it will be a real chock for them Very bad very bad very bad
