Overall I had a great experience at A&O hostel. I was not aware this was a hostel until I looked up the address only for my Uber since the post doesn't specify this but it was a very good experience! The facilities were clean and the common area was a great place to be at, with the bar, food, and games. If this was a little closer to the center this would be a very ideal location. There are some clubs that are near it which is nice but it's not walking distance to the center. If you're walking its about 30 minutes away. But overall great place I'd recommend staying here.

You Get What You Pay For
Had an ok stay here. It’s very much a case of “You get what you pay for”. There are no frills or luxuries but a comfortable enough stay. The staff were helpful and our room was quiet enough, despite large groups staying at the same time. Would stay here again when visiting Berlin on a budget.

The rooms are too small they are really really small to make you feel very uncomfortable. Not very clean and elevator service is bad in the bathroom or the shower you can’t move or turn around you can barely stand up. Maybe it’s ok to go sleep only. And leave the first thing in the morning But overall the price is good if you are looking to save money
