Excelent location, friendly staff, great overall instalations, clean, confortable and quiet room. I highly recommend it. Will certainly be back when in need of a Hotel in Berlin

Pros: The breakfast was good and the personal was friendly.
Cons: Stop copying the passports, fix the bathroom and do something with a parking.
Location: The metro station is 15 minutes to walk.
I felt insecure when they copied my international passprt data. It could be sold or stolen then. I don't think it's a common practice and it's not clear why they are doing it and if it's related to identity theft. Usually hotels are taking a credit card information and it should be enough. There was a water leak in the bath so it leaked on the floor. Don't expect to have a parking, they don't have it at all so you have to find some place on the street nearby. It's not a 4 star hotel, not at all.... We were kind of disappointed.

Läget var OK men inte mitt i smeten. Det ser inte ut som en fyrstjärnigt hotel, snarare trestjänigt. Vi hade bokat ett rum med 3 personer men ena bädden var en bäddsoffa som inte var så bekväm. Väldigt dåligt Intertent koppling vilket var ganska frustrerande. Vi påpekade det till personalen men blev bemött med ett leende och att de viste om det redan.
