    The rooms and hallways are extremely dark, and when entering, it is hard to find the place for the card to turn on the lights. First room I was had a bed in it that hadn't been made. I ws given a second room with dodgy lights that needed fixing. In addition, the phone did not work. Staff were pleasant. I was promised a complimentary breakfast for my troubles but was charged at the restaurant. At check out, they tried to charge me for the breakfast again.
