The safe in my room was inoperable the entire time I was there. Also the wifi went out on the ONE DAY that I actually needed to use it to do work / check into my flight etc. Kinda horrible for a commuter hotel to not have these basics covered.

Perfect location for things to do in East Berlin ...The fact that it is CONNECTED to a small but very nice shopping center for food /necessities is an added bonus ! On the railway station.
Central location, adjacent to railway station, says there is a bar, there is but it’s not open. Restaurant only serves breakfast, at an additional cost of 17 euros. Ok for a short stay.

The hotel no longer gives you city transportation (as it used to) unless you book through their website. The staff made an exception but take that into account. Rooms are starting to see run down (spots on the carpet, restaurant, and bar were closed). It's pretty convenient, clean and reliable. I'll come back if the price difference is attractive. It's still better than one nearby, starting with an I and ending with an S.

Amazing staff
The staff at this hotel were impeccable! I have travelled a lot of Europe and far has been the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. We had a problem with our room and they resolved it so well with premium free travel for the whole of Berlin and a bottle of wine. The hotel was comfy and well looked after. For the price I couldn’t fault this stay at all

The elevator buttons didnt work for going up, and only one elevator had a working button to get to level 1. the carpet was dirty in our room. We got a cot for our baby ehich was very nice, and a free water bottle when we arrived. The room was so hot and we couldnt open the windows at night because it was so noisy. The pillows were what felt like 100 years old, and was not good. The service was great though, never a problem with the people working there. I had read beforehand that they gave away 4-day tickets for the transportation, but I had to become a member to do so. Plus: -Good service -Close to transportation -Our room was quite big and spacious Cons: - Very run down allover - A bit noisy at night (to be expected) - Very hot room -Expensive for what you get

Comfortable Berlin stay
Very convenient location being in the Ostbahnof train station. Only issue was there was a hot spell and like most of Europe no air conditioning.

Nice room, terrible service
The young woman at the front desk was rude from the moment of checking in and that experience did not improve. The Internet access was so slow it would take several minutes for one web page to load. Definitely not a place to come if you are on business. The room however was clean and nicely furnished.

Nice and clean staff was good rooms clean showers and toilets are clean . Just carpet was old and little bit smelly(not really bed)Very good location near everywhere. and 2 big supermarket located just same building and shopping center and parking just opposite hotel ,cheaper than they mentioned on explanation says £15 but i have parked 11:30 am i took next day morning just charge €8 and you can see your car from the window . Not very quality overall but more quality than priced. Recommended.
