This property has changed ownership multiple times. I remember when it was privately owned and I traveled there for business. Still a good value seeing the prices somewhere else. We love the breakfast buffet!

I'll try not to stop there any longer.
Very poor soundproofing, bathroom with old equipment, low pressure in the shower (2nd floor). The fridge in the room was not working at all. The hotel employee at check-in said that I would have a free breakfast (sometimes there are such bonuses if you order through hotel.com). But upon departure, they said that I have to pay 50 euros for breakfast (for 4 breakfasts). I explained to the staff, said that it was their employee who made a mistake and I did not order a paid breakfast. But the hotel insisted on paying, agreed on half, 25.00 EUR. It was very unpleasant... I'll try not to stop there any longer.

Unfortunately it was a let down because the property looks much better in the pictures compared with the reality. It is in need of a bit of modernisation. Everything looks old fashioned. The rooms are small - I thought I had booked a room with a queen bed but was put in a small room with what looked like a basic double bed. The shower curtains around the shower are not really fit for purpose. The walls and the ceiling is paper thin and you can literally hear every foot step of anyone walking above or adjacent to the rooms and it’s super loud because the floor amplifies the sound - absolutely awful for those who want to sleep during the day. The noise of the housekeepers during the day also disturbed my sleep because the walls are paper thin. The room needs to be sound proofed. Overall it was very disappointed and I would never return unless they address the above concerns.

Old charming hotel
Big rooms, seating area in the room, desk, comfy beds, rich and tasty breakfast, free wifi, good connections with the public transportation, atractive room rate. Yes, I would stay here again.

This is a classic hotel that is extremely charming. The rooms are extremely clean with a modern bathroom. The daily breakfast buffet is wonderful - great hot food, meats/cheeses, and great coffee. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. I had a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff from top to bottom were outstanding. Special shout out to the front desk people, the food preparers, and room cleaning people! The breakfast buffet was excellent. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is charming and in a great location. Danke Sehr!

An old hotel with its charms, however it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like 2-3 stars. The biggest cons is that it is across the street from a railway line. For 24 hours you hear the railway. Rooms could really use rehabbing too. Staff is unfriendly.

It was an average stay since the hotel looked quite old and so did most of the interiors and furniture with occasional broken parts. The balcony was not clean and had cigarette butts lying there. For people opting for double bed, why provide separate blankets?

There was no hot water available. Upon conversation, it became clear that there hasn't been hot water at the property for a while and that there won't be hot water for a while yet. While meaning months. In the middle of a pandemic, a hotel doesn't offer guests a way to wash hands properly. Absolutely insane.

They took my reservation and upon arriving the hotel was closed with a more in the window to go to a hotel in Bulowstrasse, very far away in an area of street prostitution. Totally deplorable, isn't it better to retire the hotel from being booked, instead of making you waste time and money? Looks like honesty and decency are long lost values in Germany.

The property is in an excellent quiet location with easy access to sbahn services and buses too. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. It was also very good value for money. Travel time to Alexanderplatz about 20 mins and from schonefelde airport by sbahn 50 mins with one change.

The room was spacious and lovely big bath. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent selection at breakfast. Lovely staff. Smiley and very accommodating. Only one problem - there was no bar or evening meal. We would have loved to spend the evenings there. But plenty of restaurants and bars nearby so we were fine. Would recommend a lovely Italian just around the corner from hotel. Schnitzel to die for! We will definately return to Novuum Hotel!! Thankyou All!!

I loved every single moments being there. The staff were AMAZINGLY helpful. All of them were very helpful, especially herr Zilkenath and frau Julia, they are the best front desk clerks. All of them were AWESOME! But especially these two who always present and willing to help me and other guesses to find our ways into Berlin city. I am more than happy and honored to recommend this place. It was as they stated, romantic looking, rightfully located and all... I will definitely come back and as a matter of fact this is my staying place when I visit Berlin again...
