Great location. The rooms are small but contain all you need. However they are very noisy, especially at night, walls are thin and there are not enough lifts for the hotel. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes each time you need the lift. I also think it’s unfair to charge people 2€ per bag to be left in the luggage hold, when they have already paid for the room and city tax

The location of the hotel is exexllent. One minute walk to the main train station, and about 30 minute walk in a striaght line to Brandenburg Gate. However, I did feel a bit hsrd done by in terms of the room. It had a great view, but the beds in the hotel are single beds pushed together. I booked a queen bed, but the matresses each had their oen bed sheet/duvet. This meant me and my partner were essentially sleeping in seperate beds, which was disappointing. The pillows were also the worst I have ever experienced, and there was no fridge in the room. Another frustrating point was that the wifi was terrible, it hardly worked. While the hotels location was ideal, the hotel itself was unerwhelming

Staff very accommodating & friendly. Food nice, a selection of rashers, sausage & egg dishes in the mornings would be nice. We only got enough coffee for 2 cups. Bit stingy I think.

Our stay at the park Inn
Our stay at this hotel was lovely. We have stayed here a couple of times.Our room was so clean and spacious. It’s the perfect location as it’s only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. ideal for couples and families. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can get your bus tour tickets and other tickets at the information desk too and they help with any questions you have about the different things you’d like to do !highly recommend

Christmas markets
Great location for Christmas markets and sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants within 15 mins. Hotel in good condition, small mix up over pre paid breakfast but resolved locally.

Park Inn
Very busy hotel, and breakfast was a bit of a scrum. Food was plentiful and of decent quality. Tea and coffee in the room was not replenished daily. Shampoo and shower gel was not topped up either.

This was not what i would class as a four star property. Not very clean, always having to request return visits as not hoovered, bin not emptied, lack of toilet tissue and broken glass all over the floor, toilet not cleaned properly etc.

My biggest issue with this property is the bathroom (toilet) in the rooms. It is 3/4 frosted glass with clear glass at the top. It is a basic glass door that doesn’t lock. I would not share this room with anyone, but others may not care. Otherwise, the room was nice, the staff helpful, and being next to the train station is fantastic. I did not have any problems with the WiFi

Loud noisy door
I did not sleep at all! This supposedly soundproof accommodation had a really loud vibrating door and every time someone in the floor walked into their room my door would make very loud slam noise (while securely closed). Not sure if there is a gap or bad pressure or the door is set wrong but I did not slept one bit. Not happy about my stay.

What a view! The room was well designed and super comfortable. WiFi was an issue in the evening on some nights. They should probably fix that but all in all I had a really good stay and the price was very reasonable.

It was horrible. Room was hot as a furnace. Though they described each unit as having air conditioning, the truth is they do not have any AC system for hotel guests. Can’t imagine what it might be like to stay there in the dead of summer, then again, I do not want to find out. Seeking a full refund. Service technicians were no help. Took almost 3 days for management to finally admit there is no AC, only an air circulation system that only cools rooms several degrees. If they do not refund my money for the 3 days my family and I suffered, I will ask my credit card company to fight for one based on false advertising and deceptive practices of this Radisson location

Amazing views from 33rd floor.
We stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay. On the 33rd floor corner room with amazing views over the city. Room had all you need for a few nights but 2 improvements would help. Firstly shower over bath was very tight and quite hard to get in and out but power shower was great. Secondly 2 single beds pushed together was not good and pillows were way too soft for a good nights sleep. Never ate in hotel but had a nightcap In bar . Lovely setting really smart and modern. Really close for train stop from and back to airport. 2 little moans but would use hotel again . Nice walk to river to see Berlins many attractions and sample the bars and restaurants and in our opinion a great place to stay and a great location to sightsee.

Nice hotel with central location. Very clean, but very busy hotel with some staff shortages. Would be good if the hotel guests had access to their rooftop without cash entry fee or even charging to the room service. We didn’t have any euros on us and we’re not allowed to the rooftop without shelling out cash!! Otherwise a great hotel.
