Todo estuvo muy bien. Hubiera ayudado que los conserjes conocieran un poco mas a la hora de hacer sugerencias de lugares o actividades.

Simplemente lo mejor!!.... excelente ubicación... atención de las personas que trabajan en el hotel y comodidad.... si vas a Berlín tienes que considerar como opción alojar en el Ritz!!!

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy comodo, pague un upgrade no valia la pena y el servicio del botones no fue bueno para ser un Ritz Carlton, sin embargo muy buena opción

La Lobby estaba en remodelación y con esto el acceso a los elevadores bloqueada. Fuera de esto tuvimos una excelente estancia, muy Buena ubicación, muy Buenos drinks en el bar.

Just nice
We didnt have the premium experience we werw expecting. Specifically from the staff. For examople, the "24 hour" room service menu, wasnt 24 hours, and some of the staff was even rude to us, when we asked about it. The acommodations are excelent and the location is perfect, it is a beautiful hotel.

Mi estadía en el Ritz de Berlín.
Llegamos y queríamos descansar pero estaban haciendo arreglos. Nos cambiaron de piso y el ruido era un poco menor pero desagradable. Esto era entre 9 de la mañana y 6 de la tarde. Los desayunos son bastante pobres

Una experiencia única, el Ritz Carlton hace honor a su prestigio. Excelente habitación y atención del personal al igual que la calidad del desayuno. Un punto estratégico en cuanto a los sitios turísticos a visitar

Personal muy amable pero edificio viejo.
Ubicación perfecta, el personal muy amable, pero el edifico está un poco viejo y las habitaciones requieren modernizarse para hacerle honor a la marca y a las 5 estrellas del Ritz Carlton.

Fantastic hotel, we loved the Art-Deco feel of our suite and the cocktail bar is great. Very friendly service across all encounters we had with staff. Location is brilliant.

Wonderful and helpful Staff. This Hotel and Its Staff really makes You feel relaxed and worry free. Whatever You might need, It will be organized. Super comfortable beds and amazing breakfast guaranteed a good sleep and great start for the day. High recommendation for this Hotel!

Terry Greene the afternoon/evening doorman was outstanding and very pleasant and helpful. He gets 5 stars from us. The rest of our experience was rather disappointing for a Ritz Carlton. Did not get turn-down service on 1 of the 3 nights. Had to actually request water one day, after room service was done. I checked out a 4:00 AM, understandably early. However, there was only one person at the front desk, rolled up sleeves, no tie or coat. When I requested change of a large bill so I could tip bell man, I was told they carry no cash in the evenings. I requested that someone go to my room to retrieve our bags. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go up myself and bring the bags down. Not what I would expect at a Ritz-Carllton.
