Water and ants
There was water on the bedroom floor when we checked in. Water continued to seep into the bedroom floor. We kept a towel on the floor as directed by management. Ants were swarming around the bedroom plug.

Absolutely loved our stay here, nice having a little kitchen so we could make some meals rather than eat out all the time. The breakfast was a little lacking but some nice yoghurts and pastries. Loved the pool, so nice on a hot day to come back to and have a dip. The only negative was the maid came too early and we kept forgetting to put the do not disturb sign out. Will defo be back again.

Very convenient to Hamilton. Nice pool area with a good view. Not much breakfast. Yogurt and small pastry. Vending machine didn’t work which was a bummer when you want cold water. I would recommend. Clean rooms and good service.

A Great Place to Stay!
We absolutely loved the Rosemont! It was the perfect location to everywhere we wanted to go (including the bus and ferry stop), and the owners/staff were the best. The hotel and its surroundings were just beautiful. We look forward to returning one day!

Everyone who worked in the office were so nice and accommodating. The location is great, the room was clean, the pool is nice with a view. Complimentary continental breakfast is offered each morning. Overall great experience.

Excellent Location
This was a trip that we have been waiting for a LONG time to go on. Booking a property in Bermuda has to be done well in advance, especially if you want a good price. The Rosemont was excellent in all ways, with clear communications for the booking, to the greeting when we arrived to our check out. Everything was well done. We plan to come again. The facility is within walking distance to a grocery store, and downtown Hamilton.

Amazing Staycation!!
This is the place for an ultimate getaway, room very clean & up to date, new bed linens & towels, staff very helpful & friendly, pool & laundry facility added bonus + an outlet to charge electric rental cars. Kitchenette was clean & stocked with neccesities for cooking. Home away from home Definite do over!!!

The host was very friendly and accommodating and It's a perfect location in the heart of Hamilton where bus and ferry service are right there whenever you need. Unfortunately we came at the time when lockdown happened.But despite all that occured my wife and I were able to enjoy morning walk for miles and socialising with other hotel guests.We would definitely stay there again.

The Rosemont hotel is in a good location. Technically in the city of Hamilton. Great sea views and great sunset views when you're in the pool area. The bathroom was very modern and the kitchenette was nice, great for a longer stay.
