Very good location. Easy to get to the old town of Bern. There is a bus stop near the hotel. It also was very clean and with all the new technology. Was missing a little fridge in the room nor was there a coffee maker. Also didn't provide any kleenexes.

clean , quiet hotel with very basic amenities. be careful with their parking options, we picked this hotel because it offers paid parking but when we checked in and was told parking garage was full and we were told to find our own parking on the paid parking on the street in the middle of the night.

A very good and well located place to stay in Bern
This hotel is well situated from the centre of Bern, with frequent bus services from its door step to other parts of Bern. The best thing about this hotel is its staff. Very friendly, responsive and ready to help. They are what that makes this hotel so good. The rooms are sparsely decorated with no coffee/tea making facilities, which is what one needs after waking up. Their roof top bar is a definte plus. Will definitely stay here when I visit Bern once again in the future

Great mattress, soundproofing in no frills hotel
Comfortable mattress and excellent sound-proofing - never heard traffic, elevator, people in adjoining rooms, or even the thunder storm. Hotel is "no frills" - no glass for water, no shampoo, no conditioner, no phone, no washcloths (typical in Europe), only 4 hangers. Good air conditioner, which was vital in the heat. The room was dusty, but not due to lack of cleaning. We saw staff cleaning our floor and bathrooms were very clean, but I think there is still construction debris particles in ducts that comes out via AC, so dust motes in the air. Do make time for a drink at the rooftop bar - glorious view! Even better than the nearby Rose Garden. The pizza place across the street, Ristorante Rosetta, is excellent and has a nice patio behind. The #10 bus stops right in front and goes right to the train station and Old Town. We will stay here again!
