“Perfekter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage und Top Frühstück!”

“We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. Upon arrival we called, and soon after Maria greeted us welcome, and showed us the way to our room, asked us what time we would like breakfast and made sure we were all settled. It felt more……

“None working air conditioners in many rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor, as front desk staff checked multiple rooms. (Rooms do not have separate air conditioning and yet the main hotel air system seemed not working to distribute cool air to each of rooms as only air blowing through). Spent a hot night with windows fully opening not even cooling down by fresh air. Streets were so noisy. We booked 2 king sized bed as advertised but endup as 2 twin beds. The 20EU paid parking undergound leaks drainage……
