Beds were a little hard. But Massage lady and Emanuel at front desk were an absolute delight. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was great too.

Bueatiful Hotel central to Interlaken.

Beautiful Belle Epoque style hotel located on the river. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice classy hotel in quiet section of town

Pros: The location, privacy, access to downtown, the quaintness and beauty of the hotel, the friendly and professional staff.
Cons: Switch out the breakfast buffet with different options. Change out the dinner menu or offer specials. There wasn't much on the menu we liked.
Location: As mentioned above, close to everything (train station and downtown) but in a quiet area of town.
This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. We came for Christmas and once again, they did not disappoint. The staff really goes out of their way to accommodate their guests. The breakfast buffet is great and the restaurant is beautiful. This hotel is very close to the train station and within walking distance of the town and more restaurants.

Pros: Not much to be honest. The room was clean. It looked really nice from the outside. But overall it was terrible value and we were gutted to have no pool. We had the worst meal we've ever had and got upsold things we didn't want I have nothing more to add but this website keeps asking for more... The toilets were interesting in a vintage way.
Cons: One of the main factors we booked was the pool which we weren't informed was out of operation along with everything else there, no apology. Then I was told the steak I ordered was min 2 persons which just meant I had to pay double and for 100 Francs, ordered rare it was overlooked and terrible. My girlfriend got food poisoning from the fish and the whole meal cost over 300 Francs. The overall experience was just unpleasant and way overpriced and under value. For an empty hotel, they could have done quite a bit better to be fair.
Location: A nice river, lots of tourist shops, and a hooters?

centrally located

Very close to train - ost - 5 minute walk, beautiful and old, beautiful view, next to a funicular that goes up the mountainside,, helpful employees - great recommendations to restaurants - helpful with train schedules, very clean and comfortable.

Good location

The hotel looks the part, but in truth it is a little dated, it's a pity that they don't make more effort to enhance the bar area which would have been handy to be able to stay in the hotel some nights but the bar was soulless and the prices are to expensive get these right and drop your prices people will stay in the hotel and you will make more money?

Excellent view

Beautiful hotel located right on the river with beautiful views of the mountains, river and town. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall I was extremely pleased with the hotel.

Perfect place to stay at Interlaken.

Great hotel, staff was knowledgable and very friendly. Can walk to train, local area restaurants. Breakfast each morning and coffee in the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel!

Pros: everything! location, cleanliness, friendly/helpful staff!
Cons: nothing!
Location: this hotel is a short walk from the center of town. near shops, restaurants & the train one way and to the mountains the other way. couldn't be better
Lindnder Grand was magnificent! The outside was as beautiful as the inside. We were greeted by such a friendly staff upon check-in and Natasha was at the front desk always smiling and helping over and beyond. The room had the most comfortable bed and pillows I've ever slept on and the balcony view of the alps was a major plus. the bathroom was a good size with great lighting and amenities. water pressure was great out of the shower and the room was very clean. we got robes and slippers which was great for going to the beautiful indoor pool/gym/sauna. the breakfast! it was soooo good! the food was fresh, varied and all delicious. I can't wait to come back here!
