I was disappointed with room allocated to me.In my reservation there was a mention of a king size bed.I do feel I was offered a smaller room with no view.I had chosen the hotel mainly because of the location and view of The Bosporous.

Fabouls hotel nice staff

very old upholstery

Cons: new upholstery needed
they gave us a room which is not in the main building. bathroom was very old. flush of the toilet not working. lots of black spots inside the bathtub. the upholstery was very very old and dirty-lots of old stains. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Impossible to get a good night sleep

Extremely loud, constant noise, beeping, shouting, singing. 5 star hotel this close to traffic should have sound proofing. Pillows gave me constant headache and Kneck ache. Lobby not grand or big. No swimming pool. Staff rude and cancelled one of our friends rooms and charged them for business class because they were 1 hour later than they said they would be. Breakfast expensive and bad service. Room tacky plastic and broken lights, (some ppl might like room decor though but we didnt). Did not enjoy room, almost went to a different hotel one day later if it wasn't for it been too expensive.

Perfect for our needs

Right near the wedding venue of friends so it was perfect. The room overlooking the Bosphorus was also right above a nightclub that was very loud until 3am.
