Staff was okay, not super friendly. The pool had a car go through the wall outside and into the pool and that wasn't repaired yet. I get it takes time to fix. No elevator and all rooms were upstairs. My problem with stairs made that a challenge to overcome and I did so.I thought I booked non-smoking through the app, but got smoking (eww), they fixed that when we arrived. Everything else was fine.

Very outdated and run down. The beds were unbearably uncomfortable. The hotel smells like smoke and marijuana throughout the entire thing. Glad we only had a quick -1 night stay.

Staff was not helpful when i checked in and that evening. Stroms were coming in and they didnt have a plan on how to get everyone to safety if there was a tornadoes. Did not feel safe. Hotel was nosie at night while trying to sleep. Staff was dress in street clothes so didnt know if they worked there or not.

Very run down, breakfast choices were terrible, no protein, just cereal and rolls, pool was completely empty. Queen sized bed offered two very small pillows, I would not recommend. Widow did not have a lock, a wooden dowl rod was placed in the track. No complimentary toilet items, just one small bar of soap for both sink and shower.

Overall hotel was nice. A lot of noise because the doors to each room would slam shut. Could hear all that especially very early in the morning when people were leaving. The non smoking room smelled a little like smokers were in the room.

Noticed some construction & dry wall dust on carpets ect. Room was nice but furniture (chairs) need to be updated they were very worn. Staff was friendly & the restaurant across the street was delicious. Walls were thin, we were woke up at 6am with voices talking and laughing in the hall way for at least 30 minutes.

Hotel location is right off the freeway. There is a Walmart within walking distance and restaurants and fueling stations nearby. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice on my trip.
I checked in late . Roselyn at the front desk was friendly, fast and engaging. She explained everything . I would absolutely stay here again . Clean room , bed was really comfortable. Clean bathroom. A+

It was convenient but had bedbugs. Came back a few days later and still had bedbugs and cockroaches. The management appeared indifferent to the problem...apparently not the first complaint. Presented the bug so they could see it crawl around on the counter. NEVER AGAIN! Of course, this is a story that will be repeated to others. Sad! I am sure this will probably not result in improvements.

It was extremely noisy in the room. We could heat hallway noises as well as noises from the rooms on either side of us. So noisy it woke us up at 2am! The breakfast area needs work. The selection of food was abysmal. No cereal that wasn’t high sugar. No juice of any kind, fruit was only small sour oranges, no muffins. The tables were all sticky

Good for road trip, passing through.
Good place for a quick overnight stop. Room was updated, but chairs in the room were worn. Talking in the early morning was loud from downstairs. Breakfast was ok, liked the packaged cinnamon roll, which was good. Overall, it was a good place to stop on our road trip. Small town appeal.

Decent budget hotel.
The gentleman at check in was very polite and attentive. When I had to request a new room due to having dirty sheets he quickly resolved the issue and gave us a new upgraded room. Room was quiet. Hotel had a decent looking pool. Location is good and if you are pulling trailer or boat there is easy parking. Easy to get to food choices close by.

Biggest concern for our wheelchair member was overgrown bagworm bushes hanging onto much of sidewalk. Plus only one ramp at entrance. Coffee pot didn't work. Plus in general, very mediocre conditions. Locale was in safe area.
