Nice hotel. Unfortunately, even though the hotel is in the suburbs, they charged for parking. And although they have a nice pool, it is reserved from 9-11 am and 2-7 pm daily for swim lessons. Hotel guests cannot use the pool during those hrs.

The room was pretty big. There was a separate living room area and a small balcony along with the bedroom. The bathroom was also pretty spacious. The bedroom was pretty clean and the stage were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the convenience to the highway although we did hear a lot of sirens at night. It was not up to par for Embassy though. No beautiful lobby area with glass elevators, and I’ve never had to check in with the breakfast person before. Also didn’t like that there were no 2queen rooms with a sofabed. I have always appreciated these at embassy for my family of 5. It’s difficult to find. This embassy did not have that option, and although it was spacious enough to fit us all, they would not put us all down on the breakfast pass. Also, the hot tub was closed which was very disappointing, and the pool closed rather early-9. Some of the staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. Some were clearly put out to be asked for things. The omelet chefs were very nice and pleasant.

Stayed for two days and enjoyed my time at the property. Staff was very nice and the property itself was very clean and accommodating. Special shout out to Lucia and Lisbeth for treating my fiancée and myself so nice during breakfast.

The jacuzzi at the property was a complete let down. I was expecting it to be hot and it was lukewarm. Some areas of the room were pretty dusty but we did have tons of space in our suite. Breakfast was cool. Many different dining options and the set up was ideal. Minimal wait although there were many people eating. I would give the overall experience a 4/5.

I like the location of this property and the fact that the rooms were spacious and they offered complimentary breakfast. I was looking for a little more glam. There was no complimentary water and no connector to charge my iPad. Most places I stay not only have a charging station but the cords are provided as well. Although it was inconvenient I don’t think it would deter me from staying again now that I know.

Great breakfast staff and front desk staff…evening bar staff were less friendly…we felt $20 per day for parking seemed high for the area and demand, especially when sharing some of the best spots with Enterprise Car Rental

This is not a bad choice if you don't want to use the swimming pool, don't plan on eating breakfast there, and don't mind smaller rooms (compared to other Embassy Suites). If you do want to swim while there, keep in mind hotel guests are not allowed to use it for most hours during the weekday as they are reserved for some company to have their swim lessons. Total surprise to us and our kids were really upset at not being able to swim when they wanted to in the middle of the day during spring break. Food was ok, no non pork options for breakfast. It's also really busy and difficult to get a table and the flow (where food is located in relation to seating and other food areas) is awful particularly compared to every other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. I can't imagine I would ever stay at this location again when there are other hotels and even other Embassy Suites I could stay at and have a more relaxing/comfortable stay. That being said, staff was wonderful!

My only suggestion is that some patrons went to breakfast and managers reception in bare feet, perhaps signage in the room and at check in a reminder to wear sometype of footwear.
