When we arrived at Gaithersburg Extended Stay our room wasn't available. We had booked our room 6 days in advance and we didn't understand why there wasn't any rooms available. So, they moved us to another location located in Germantown into a smoking room. Our family was very disappointed and discussed that certain things weren't in our room. For instance, missing shampoo and conditioner, dishes and cutteries. Finally, the rug didn't look like it was washed in a long time. I hope that things will change in the near future.
