Very convenient to Metro

Staff very courteous, rooms with full amenities, very clean, plenty of shops nearby, and convenient for both major thoroughfares and Metro

Convenient location, only ten minutes Away

Very close to our family gathering. Only ten minutes away. Staff was very professional but friendly we would recommend the Hilton to friends and plan to stay again for future visits to the DC area.

We had a box truck. We needed parking for the truck and couldn't park in your parking deck. That's the only problem we had.

Excellent Location!

Pros: fabulous location near grocery store, shops, dining and best of all, Metro! Staff was super nice. Price made it an excellent value for WDC! Cons: WIFi was terrible - nonexistent, drapes were broken in room, coffee maker was also broken and it took 2 calls and a note to housekeeping to get it replaced. Worst of all, they still advertise a pool they took out last December. Three weddings that weekend, so you can see where they make their money, but all in all we would return and recommend to friends.

I'm currently staying at this hotel now and let me tell you i am beyond frustrated! I called Friday night before I booked the hotel to ask if they had rooms with bath tubs so I can take a bubble bath, the man I spoke with told me yes. So I went on and booked the hotel via hotels.com Checked in and the receptionist was wonderful, then I got to my room and realized there was no bath tub... I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it because the hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub, NOPE! The hotel is under renovation and failed to tell their guests! Here comes the worst part, I just received a notice underneath my door stating the water and the AC was going to be shut off from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm! Had they updated their site and informed us of this we wouldn't have stayed here. This is ridiculous for a Hilton hotel.

I am sorry you feel that you were misinformed regarding your recent stay with us. There is a large red banner across the top of our Hilton Reservation page stating that we no longer have a swimming pool, and that we are under renovation. We are very sorry if our information was not posted by the good people at hotels dot com for you. We are also sorry about the lack of a bathtub in your guest room. Under construction, Hotel was not at it's best.

Pros: Bed was super comfortable, loved the shower, restaurant was great (especially the breakfast buffet).
Cons: Definitely need to get the wake-up call system working.
Location: Not far from the NRC and the North Bethesda Marriott conference center. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great showers. Restaurant food was great. Layout of the hotel rooms was very confusing. Signs sent me around in circles instead of the most direct way to my room. Construction caused a few issues - light didn't work in the entry way, construction dust on some of the room items (baseboards, luggage rack), ironing board missing, didn't get a requested wake-up call twice.

Miss Maryland Pageant

Location: Since we were there for a pageant we did not have a lot of down time. We drove to Tyson Center Mall for shopping .The ride was approx 40 minutes but w
This hotel was amazing. From the young lady with an accent at the front desk to the gentleman at the front door to the restaurant staff. Everyone and everything was great. The only reason I did not give a 5 for accommodations was construction was taking place. That was told up front and it is not bad at all. The hours they work do not disturb your rest. Parking is easy and at a cost of $15 per night which is added to your hotel stay. You have to have ticket stamped at front desk but you are free to go in and out of the garage. Great stay!!

Nice hotel with an underground garage.

Pros: Close to where I live.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Rockville, Maryland. Congressional Shopping Center with many small stores, a couple of restaurants.
I live in Maryland. We had 20+ inches of snow, my apartment building does not have a garage, therefore we all park on the street and the snow plows pile snow against our cars. I am 76, and cannot dig my car out, no body to help, so I chose the Hilton with its underground garage and stayed there for 3 days until my parking lot had spaces to park in.
