When you first walk in it appears to be very nice until you see the "Gift shop with 3-4 candy bars and a few out dated muffins. THAT'S IT!!! It was so poorly supplied that they would have done better to take everything out and not use it at all. Them as you approach the front desk. There is a rack of traditional Indian garb. Not sure that this should be your big seller at the front desk. Think about that gift shop. The hotel is clean enough though you never once saw any of the staff in the hallways. There was a room service tray on the floor in the hallway from the time I got there to the time I checked out. (Unacceptable). Raddison has always been a name synonymous with quality. Unfortunately the owners of this hotel have missed the mark. I think with a bit more attention to detail this could be a nice hotel again. But unfortunately until some improvements have been made I will not be revisiting nor will I be recommending this establishment to any of my friends or colleagues.
