ROOM HAD ROACHES AND BED BUGS

I woke up at about 2 in the morning with my whole right arm swollen and itchy. I had a bite on my arm that swelled up to the size of a golf ball. I decided to take a shower and see if I would feel better. As soon as I pulled the shower curtain I saw two roaches crawling in the tub. I left immediately at 2:30 am and drove back home to NY. The next day I spoke with the manager who was named BRITTANY to get a refund she said she could not offer me a refund because I booked through expedia, and that she would give me a voucher to use at any extended inn. I then told her why would I ever want to stay and another extended inn, and then hung up. I immediately contacted expedia to ask why I couldn’t get my money back if I booked through them, and they said that’s not true. They informed me that was untrue and that the hotel would have to be the one to ok the refund. The representative from expedia then called the hotel and spoke with the manager who then lied and said she had never spoken to me, and that she was not told about my situation. The rep from expedia explained to the manager I had pictures and proof of the room conditions and that was when she granted the ok for me to have my refund.

More places rather than this place in the area

Had to borrow Febreeze to stay in my room for an overnighter. Obviously the "Non-smoking Hotel" designation didn't apply to the previous occupant of my room. Find another place!

Location to my family function was the only reason for staying at this hotel. There were ants in the bathroom. Kitchen was not stocked. Had to go to front desk to get utensils, coffee pot, mugs, etc. Towels were scarce.

Dirty room

I was so uncomfortable the entire 4 days in this hotel room. The chairs were stained, the microwave was dirty, the bathroom was also dirty and so were the sheets. I felt disgusted. Would never stay here again.

Nice staff but the stay should have been cheaper

Staff was nice and helpful. The room smelled a little funny and I think a prior tenant smoked in there despite it being no amoking. And there were ants.

It was okay, I wished they had cleaned the room

The tub smelled like urine, the shower curtain had hair on it. There were things under the bed.

Motel 6 with a different name

I walked in to dirty blanket fecal matter urine splatter toilet seat with an iron board covered burnt and rusted run away no matter what rate you get

Wish we could have left a better review.

Sorry to say we ended up leaving the hotel about an hour after check in due to cleanliness issues. The main issue was that one of our beds was literally made up with a dirty Q-tip in it along with hairs, something that looked like the exoskeleton of a bug, and debris. I think it was just a mistake but the rest of the people I was traveling with couldn't get over it. The girl at the front desk was awesome, Rachel, who contacted her manager, and she offered to come re-make the bed for us, but it was late at night and the kids were tired of waiting. The rest of the room waiting mostly clean including the bathroom and kitchen area. They refunded our money without any problems, which was good customer service.
