We had a great stay! The staff was very professional, and helpful Darryl at the front desk is awesome! I would def choose this hotel anytime I'm in this area.

Your booking my said room would sleep 5. I booked this room and paid $40 more bc of this as an option. I was not happy with Expedia or the hotel. The hot tub was broken, they were understaffed. In 2 days time the pool area was never cleaned once.

slight odor in room. Nothing a little air freshener couldn't handle. Staff was professional and courteous.

2 of my closest friends and myself got the suite for our fantasy baseball draft. The room was spacious, clean. The beds were very comfortable and I would stay there again if I was back in town.

Bait and Switch Rooms

I booked a suite that included a king bed and two queen beds. A few hours before arrival, I get a phone call stating our room was not available and we would have to be split in to two king rooms with a sofa bed. The main reason we chose this hotel was to be able to get a suite that allowed for my family to sleep in beds because we know how uncomfortable sofa beds are. My significant other called the hotel back to discuss and was told that the problem was fixed and we could have a king and two queen rooms that adjoined. However, when we arrived at 8 pm, we were told that was not true and we were forced to sleep in the two king rooms with an uncomfortable sofa bed. Someone had lied to us just to get us up there. And what were we going to do at 8 pm in an infamiliar town? The only explanation we got was that a guest had been staying in the suite we reserved for over 100 days and decided to extend his stay. No one was apologetic. No fees were discounted for any inconvenience. No one called to discuss this with us any further. We were really hoping to find a hotel we could use regularly for our ski trips. This will not be the hotel we use again. Besides the mess with our reservation, the room was hastily cleaned. There was a bunch of dry cereal on the carpet next to one bed. The area between the adjoining doors looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years with all the dirt and hair in between. Definitely not what we expected overall.

Breakfast was not the greatest, offered at the hotel. Elevators were a bit far.

I love your place. I enjoyed the breakfast everymorning. The staff is wonderful and courteous. But the downside was THE GYM WAS A LET DOWN. I AM A PERSON THAT NEEDS TO DO MY TREADMILL BUT ONE WASN'T WORKING AND ONE WASN'T INCLINING. I called the front desk and she told me that she will pit the request in. I was in your hotel for 4 days I thought thsst it would be resolve the 2nd day but it didn't. I WANT to let you guys know that I love my room and I am pretty much sure it will be my hotel to go everytime i c one to visit my family. But if the Gym does not get f is I will turn around. Thanks for LISTENING
