It’s a good hotel for the price. Could use an update or at least new furniture/comforters as there were many noticeable stains/discolorations. For the price and location, we would stay there again

The a.c. unit and door lock was not working properly during our stay

Pros: On major highway
In the evening I tried to call for a wake up call, but although I called several times, there was no answer. Also tried to call the front desk directly, but again no answer.

Pros: It was nearby everything but wasn’t along the busy streets. Seemed very clean
Location: About ten minutes away from Sands casino resort. Nearby shopping centers and restruants.
Only stayed for one night but, there was always someone at the front desk (all were very kind). From what I did see everything was clean. The room I stayed in was spotless.

Good Location

Cons: Sound barriers
Location: I was in town to attend a birthday part and visit my sister .. easy access to roads and highways leading in all directions ..
The View met our needs for a nice affordable room in a good location for our needs .. easy access to roads and highways .. we will do this with you again ..!!

Great hotel very conveniently located.

Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Convenient location just a block from RT 22 entrance.
Busy weekend in Bethlehem as hotel was full. All personnel were professional and friendly. Room was very comfortable. Nice flat screen TV with lots of channels. Room had a small fridge and microwave. Will return if we are in the area again. Only negative was the free breakfast which left much to be desired. After the first morning we decided to have breakfast at Perkins, right next door.

The room itself was mostly clean. The rest of the hotel is in serious need of repairs and updating. The hotel itself is not clean. No air conditioning in the breakfast area. Maintenance person sprayed Raid bug spray all around the building while I was in my room with the air conditioner on. My whole room, as well as the hotel, smelled like bug spray for the rest of the night. I would not recommend staying here.

Stopping point

Pros: Easy access, safe, close to stores and restaurants, affordable.
Cons: I suppose it could use an upgrade but for the price and security it's perfect.
Location: Not sure about Allentown and Bethlehem but close enough to Philly, the Poconos and other PA venues to make it a good place to stay.
We drive from NH to DC, Philly, points south a few times a year. The view has become our stopping point during these trips. Although it's a little farther around than 95, it's far enough from Southern CT, NYC and NJ that there's not much traffic so it actually is a faster trip. It's just over an hour from Philly so it's great for day trips to do touristy things. We'll be going back on future trips.

Nice staff, Not so nice room

Ok so I really wanted to like this place. So here goes: Pros: 1) The staff was polite and nice. 2) Free included breakfast. Even though I didn't try it. I was so turn off by my first night their, that is never actually eat the food. 3) there's a washer and dryer that appeared to be working 4) Free wif Cons- 1) That room smelled so bad! Like old cigarettes and body sweat. This was the most upsetting thing to me, but smells matter! You sleep better when a place smells good. I would have forgiven everything else, but I don't forgive stink.The only reason we didn't switch our room was because it was late and we were tired. I ended up having to bring in my oil diffuser (had it still in my car from my recent move...thank goodness) to save my nose. 2) Every single vending machine was out of order for two days straight. I'm sure it's been out longer, but I can't speak for something I didn't see. After a long drive I really just wanted something other than coffee to drink. They do have coffee upfront 24/7 though. I ended up mixing the hot water with ice just to drink something...lol. 3) the top sheets were dirty on my friends bed. 4)the worst quality hand soups I've ever had to use. -this place will provide the bare minimum. It's probably ok for a night before a flight or something quick. But for something longer, I'd say skip it.
