Feel Ripped Off

Room was falling apart. Very worn and beat up looking with a large hole in the wall underneath a picture-frame and a telephone with half of the phone base missing out of it's plastic casing. Lighting inside the room was that stark cold white florescent lighting you would see in old hospital rooms years ago and the hot water in bathroom runs cold fast. The most disappointing feature was waking up extra early for their free "breakfast" and finding nothing more than coffee, hot water some oatmeal packets, snack bars and tiny prepackaged "muffins" that tasted more like Twinkies than muffins. There wasn't even juice or milk, just creamer and hot water. Really just a snack cart and a lacking one at that. Now if this place was priced like the budget motel it really is, I wouldn't complain this much, however this place was priced like a corporate residence hotel, so that is what I expected to get in return for my money.
