Comfortable and quiet

Friendly staff met us. Room was clean and perfect for our one night stay. Met our needs. We stay here annually for a business trip.

Broken and dirty

Broke toilet bed cover smelled like urine and loud compressor next door going on every 15 minutes for no sleep. Towels were rags and sink didn’t drain. Second night we moved to another room which was better but still not very clean.

The pool and hot tub were closed and looked in terrible condition compared to the pictures they show online. When we got to our room initially there were leftovers in the refrigerator from the people who stayed there before us. The large mirror on the wall had a huge crack in it, and the room had a bizzare oder. You get for what you pay for with this one.

Comfortable place to spent the night.

Pros: As above.
Cons: Fix above problems.
Location: There were places to eat nearby and availabe delivery foods. And the details and menus were available in the room.
Overall things were acceptable. The room did not smell clean. One of our pillows hade a pillow case inside out and too small for the pillow. There was a partially used soap bar in the bath shower. The television remote did not have a cover over the batteries. The toliet ran continuously. The ice machine had no where to set the container so you could fill it, making it unsanitary. The personal were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. We were given a room where we repuested. The price was good.

I am sorry to hear that there was a partionally used bar of soap left in the shower, there was no cover on the battery compartment of the remote control and that you had a pillow case on your pillow inside out. Toilet issue

The toilet overflowed and they brought up a plunger for us to take care of ourselves. We could not resolve the issue. They did not fix, nor relocate us to another room. The bathroom in the lobby had to be used.

Good and bad

Pros: the staff and the room
Cons: Finish the repairs on the pool area!!!, and improve your breakfasts.
We got a great night's sleep on their comfortable bed and the room was very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the lobby was very attractive. On the other side, the pool area that is the best in the city for kid's play is under repair and has been since May!! And the breakfast was almost all starch. We had to go out to get a good breakfast.

Nice hotel close to the highway exit

Good value for the price paid. The hot breakfast item is a nice differentiator from other hotels that offer only continental breakfast.

Enter the Dump

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Let the public know of faulty conditions of the pool/spa area. Would like to know before booking a room.
Location: All is available at your fingertips. Area is full of activities but the hotel is a dump.
Hot tub not functional, pool dirty and cold; bugs in the room after the heater was turned on. No morning newspaper as advertised. Not enough food available for breakfast.

We found clothes from the guest before us in the drawers. The beds were hard as a rock. The rooms were outdated.
