"Whew! Sitting here enjoying breakfast, and I just have to say, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is absolutely captivating! From START to FINISH, the service has been impeccable. Every single staff member has been top-notch, which, as a person of color, I don’t always experience when staying at luxury hotels. But here? I have felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and treated exceptionally well throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail in the decor, the luxurious finishes, and the overall ambiance are simply stunning. Honestly, you could stay here and never even feel the need to leave the property. It’s an experience all on its own! The rooms are gorgeous, with thoughtful touches like Alexa features, quality products, and amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. Everything feels intentional. A special thank-you to Jamie, who was especially kind during breakfast this morning. He’s the only staff member whose name I managed to get, but truly, the entire staff deserves recognition. Also , had some body work done at the spa , amazed , as a massage connoisseur… 10/10, very accommodating too if you have injuries. I appreciate beautiful spaces, but what really sets a luxury hotel apart is how you’re treated, and the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills absolutely delivered. Five stars across the board! I’ll definitely be back!"

"Good price hotel for the smart location. Lift to the rooms was very slow. Room was nice but the en-suite had a design fault. The wall between the bedroom and en-suite was patterned glass but you could see right through the glass, so no privacy when using the bathroom! No coffee making facilities in the room either but you could buy coffee in the lobby area which was expensive . However the shower was excellent and the room was quiet."
