Very clean hotel

Nice hotel, rooms etc very clean but rooms are a bit small. Beds very comfortable.

Beautiful room, great location, helpful staff.

Our beds were very comfortable, the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the restaurant's breakfast was delicious.

Nice hotel but bed to small

I booked a room for 5 but the bed are so small They told queen size but where smaller

Excellent hotel and staff!!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Great location to all sites we had in our plans, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills
The hotel was excellent in all aspects. It was very clean and accomodating. The staff was exceptionally courteous. We especially had a great connection with Eziquel! He was always smiling and very friendly. We would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

Hotel not walking friendly to shopping

Cons: A lot
Location: Not great
I have to say I have stayed in many hotels n resorts and this was the first ever hotel with no table or floor fan available to the guest Apparently there was only one tiny table fan already taken Hotel is in Beverly Hills but not walking distance to rodeo drive

Ok stay. Really nice staff.

Stay was fine. Hotel was nice, but not quite up to what I was expecting. But very clean and well kept. Rooms were a lot smaller than I expected. We had a king bed and a roll away for our family of 3 and it was a really tight squeeze. Didn't sleep very well. Part of it may have been the air system blasting all night and creating a lot of noise. However - staff was very nice, especially the bell and valet staff. I asked for a bell hop and cart right before check out and figured there would be a delay since I assumed everyone would be asking the same thing - but instead someone was at my door within five minutes!

Nice people, bad facilities

The hotel was less than normal Marriott quality and the pictures were deceiving. The surrounding few blocks are not attractive. We booked for two double beds but that was not available for first four nights. My daughter slept on uncomfortable sofa.
