It was OK.

Location: Location is a bit issue. It is on the corner of the busy road, also not much choice for the public transport which makes traveling a bit difficult.
Breakfast is fantastic. The room is small but quite clean.

Beautiful hotel in great location

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful roof garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. Left our car in the valet for 2 days for just $16. Brilliant location - very peaceful area and walking distance to Rodeo Drive. Didn't feel touristy at all.

Great hotel for the price

I wish the rooms were a little bigger but overall I would stay here again. The computer in the lobby is really really slow. I mean, took me 20 minutes to try and print a document (internet was so slow) only to find the printer was low in ink! Not sure why the staff did not monitor that. I know it's not a big deal but after waiting a frustrating 20 minutes it was very annoying. Also our room did not have a light. Only two lamps which barely lit the room up. We were located in the courtyard so opening our curtains was not an option as people would constantly be walking in and out to the restaurant and to the front of the hotel. Overall it's a very nice hotel so I would stay here again.

Exceptional customer service

Very helpful and friendly staff that were knowledgeable about the area and a very cute and unique hotel. Bedsheets were disapointing, didn't stay in place, very little room to place things in bathroom. Very nice complimentary breakfast!

Excellent ambience

Only issue was we booked a car with reception for travel to the airport only to find out it was booked. The friendy receptionist then arranged a taxi with a fixed price which was comparable to the car service price

Went out of their way to welcome us and check us in early. Also helped us celebrate our honeymoon with some champagne! Looking forward to coming back

Pleaseant Beverly Hills setting.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Service, as before, was excellent. Rooms vary from quite small to a larger one we had this stay. but even in the larger room the bathroom is quite small, with virtually no counter space or room to put things. Breakfast buffet was more limited than on our previous stay but still pretty good and complementary. A lovely patio and a welcome prosecco when you arrive.
