“A staff member at the front desk ordered a cab for me, but didn't tell me where to wait. They didn't think of mentioning that important detail. The building's main entrance is at the back, but isn't labeled. The cab driver and I waited 15 minutes for each other. This is advice to the staff. Otherwise I loved the place.”

“Sehr tolles Hotel in perfekter (ruhiger) Lage. 2 Min Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station St. Pauli und eine Seitenstraße von der Reeperbahn entfernt. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein Premium Zimmer, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück hält für jeden etwas bereit und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Hamburg-Aufenthalt definitiv wieder buchen”
