waardeloze klantenservice van Ibis/Accor Group

Ik heb de onderstaande mail twee weken geleden naar Ibis/Accor group opgestuurd. Tot nu toe helemaal geen reactie!
We’re just back from our short vacation in Beziers/France and stayed from May 2nd to 6th in Hotel ibis Beziers Est Mediterranee. This wasn’t the first time I’ve stayed in one of your hotels and till now there were no major problems. That’s why I’ve decided to contact you first before leaving a negative feedback on social media/tripadvisor and the place I made the reservation (Expedia).
If you check the picture of the room I’ve booked on internet (for example on the website of Expedia) you’ll see that the room for two adults and one child has a double and one single bed. The room didn’t have a single bed but a couch which could be changed to bed as well. These kinds of beds are totally different from a real bed and absolutely not comfortable. If that was the only problem I wouldn’t go to any trouble contacting you though!
The main problem was the swimming pool. My little daughter loves swimming and one of the most important criteria’s for choosing a hotel was a swimming pool available at the hotel. When we got there we’d realized that the swimming pool was closed! So we had to take taxis and go to the only public swimming pool of the town which was not a great one either!
There was NOTHING mentioned about this fact that the pool was closed when we made our reservation and I think there’s still no information about it for customers using different website
