Quiet location
By a road but quiet though we went at the end of season. No restaurant to serve evening meal but found Chez Belge found a mile away which can recommend. Buffet breakfast with long opening time at the weekend, welcome after a long day before.

Pleasant stay
We only stayed here for one night in late April. The town is quiet and most things are shut down during that time. This hotel was pleasant, and the staff treated us well. They all spoke English and were welcoming. The room was comfortable, though our shower did not drain properly. I liked the layout with the desk at the end of the bed, and the lighting was very nice. Walking distance to the beach and to cafes, food, etc. Parking was free. We didn't try the breakfast. We did have a problem with our booking on Expedia.com being double charged, because the hotel didn't get confirmation that we'd already paid. Staff tried to help us resolve it.

Overpriced
Good hotel as far as comfort but located in a difficult area to access restaurants. At this price I expect a pool and a bottle of water in the room . The water in the bathroom was not hot because the hotel was full.

Very enjoyable stay
Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their aim is to make you feel at home, and this was very much the case for us. The breakfast buffet is served in a very stylish open dining-kitchen. We liked being able to help ourselves as we would in your own kitchen, but they also offer to cook your breakfast for you. The whole lobby, dining and bar area are open plan, separated somewhat with fringed curtains. The room was spacious and stylish, had a balcony and the bathroom (with amazing shower) and toilet were separate. The bed was big and comfortable, large duvet and plenty of pillows and the towels were nice and big. We also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi on the roof on the fourth floor.

Très bon séjour. Seul bémol pour le parking extérieur où nous n avons pas eu accès car il y avait un mariage juste en face ce qui a monopolisé toutes les places ainsi que l accès au parking privé de l hôtel.

Un peu déçue par les prestations hôtelières de ce Mercure vieillissant. Selon moi, ne repond pas aux exigences attendues de cette chaîne. Réception et salle de restaurant petite, personnel sans grande qualification, moquette chambre et couloir sales, produits salle de bain ajoutés au 2ème jour. Je choisirai un autre 4* la prochaine fois.

Ob beim Check-In oder beim Frühstück, wird nur französisch gesprochen. Kein englisch, kein spanisch. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, die Dusche ebenso. WC ist separat, das ist sehr gut.

Agréable mais mérite un raffraichissement
Bien situe et personnel de l’hotel tres agreable. L’hotel merite un rafraîchissement des parties communes. Gros probleme de chauffage, impossible de baisser la temperature. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud et pas de bouteilles d’eau disponible dans la chambre.

Décevant pour un hôtel de quatre étoiles Accueil non professionnel, un bonjour serait le bien venu et non la grosse rigolade devant le client Les abords sont dégoûtants, palettes, toutes sortes d'immondices. Serviette de plage abandonnée sur le dessus d'une haie dans le patio. Chambre confortable, hygiène non garantie, verres non emballés. Séjour de quatre nuits au total, une bouteille d'eau et un coca...Ne comptez pas sur les petits savons ou autres, Un savon,deux petites pochettes, très mesquin pour un quatre étoiles, prix de la chambre 136€....

Très propre , Services un peu limités, peut-être du au Covid Petit déjeuner en chambre parfait Mais les terrasses entre les chambres ne sont pas suffisamment séparées. Nous avons eu la surprise, au grand effroi de notre petite chienne, de voir arriver par son balcon un Braque de Weimar, très gentil, mais impressionnant

The hotel building is very modern and clean. The staff are very kind and quick to respond. But room 001 is special. First, Wi-Fi is not available in the room. However, I was able to work at the hotel lobby by connecting Wifi even though it was dawn time. And the front door of the room and one wall are glass. But I can't see the sky in the room because of the building right in front of the room. I found a stain on the blanket. But when I told the staff, they replaced it right away.
