Bezier stay
Reasonable self-catering accommodation with nearby shops and public transport. It is possible to travel to the Mediterranean beach. It looks that it has been an aparthotel timeshare place. Probably will be maintained better when the Covid pandemic is over. The air conditioning was off but I was given a fan.

I picked the hotel based on their 3 star rating sorry, when the temperature is near 30 C you are totally dependent on having a AC working.

Ok for what it costs
It was ok, nothing really great, but equally nothing really bad. The ‘double’ bed felt really small, there were a lot of bugs in the room and I got bitten several times during the night. I paid £42 for 1 night so wasn’t expecting the Ritz. Good location for acces to local amenities though.

Excellent stopover
Not sure why so many negative reviews? For the price paid I was not expecting the Hilton!!! What I do expect is clean rooms and bedsheets, which is exactly what we had. Reception was very helpful as were other residents and it’s a great stopover on a long journey. Ok, the reception is not open between midday and 17.00 but work around it, easy. Would definitely stop here again. Situated in a nice green wooded area on the outside of Béziers.

Comfortable efficiency kitchenette & 1 bedroom apt
Clean, well stocked kitchenette, nice little balcony with table & chairs & secure parking. Only negative is that the location is far from any shops or other services.

This is not a Hotel
Be absolutely clear, this is a short-stay apartment facility, not a hotel in the usual sense. Do not even consider staying here if you do not have an automobile as it is located in a largely residential area with no restaurants of any kind in walking distance. If you are going to be in Beziers for several days, and especially if you have family with you it would probably be OK. The apartments are large enough, were clean, and had fully-equipped kitchens. Furnishings could not have been cheaper. The office is supposedly open until 9pm but they had left early the evening I arrived. They called me on my cell phone to let me know that and to give me the combination for a lock box where I would find my keys. This is a 3-story apartment block and there is no elevator (lift). Breakfast was a bad joke, especially at what they charged.

Don't get fooled by price!
No receptionist, no towels, no soap, no shampoo, but big on attitude. The site presentation and the pictures do not describe this hole properly. This is not a hotel or a residence, but a timeshare abandoned by the owners. Even the address is wrong! At the address there is a note to go somewhere else where there is a property surrounded by barbed wire. Short and sweet: Avoid this place!

Nice basic hotel, if a little off the beaten track, in a questionable area. No staff on Saturday till 4pm but site said 3. No staff at all on the Sunday

Good location, little outside Beziers. Just be aware that this is an apartment, so no towels and no soap. And single rooms have sofa sleepers, no proper beds.

The information for this self catering hotel was not very clear. It is not a hotel as you would expect from the pictures on the web and I found it misleading. On arrival all the gate into the premisses we locked with no response when we rang the entry button. We had to squeeze through the gates to gain entry and enter the reception which was closed all day on Sundays. We rang the telephone number on the info sheet at reception only to find the phone ringing in the office which no one answered. We decided to locate another hotel to stay which we did and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I enjoyed my stay in Le Fonserane
I stayed at Le Fonserane for 7 days. There isn't much to say about the apartment; it's clean and quite and worth for the price you pay. The only problem would be the location. If you are planning to go to Beziers for a conference that is in the city then it'd be better to find a hotel in the city centre. Last public transport is at 8pm and it costs about €15 to get to the apartment from the city centre by taxi.

These apartments are not very difficult to find, they are almost impossible to find and the map is no help. The gardens were littered and the reception was not open when it should be. We had to ring the concierge to get access.

Une honte que ce soit encore ouvert.
Une honte que cet établissement soit encore ouvert. Je n’ai jamais vu un endroit aussi sale. A mon arrivé, j’ai découvert des cheveux et des poils dans la douche, de la moisissure, des insectes sur les meubles, les toilettes qui collent tellement qu’elles sont sales. J’ai mis 2h a tout nettoyé à la javel et du mieux possible, sachant que le ménage était censé avoir été fais avant mon arrivé. Sans oublier une chaleur intenables. Il fait plus frais dehors qu’à l’intérieur. Réponse de la réception ? Aucune. Ce n’est apparemment pas leur problème. Si je souhaite que quelqu’un re vienne faire le ménage, je dois payer. C’est une honte.

Je déconseille fortement
Deuxième fois dans cette hébergement. Un seul mot : Fuyez. Une chaleur insupportable, et une propreté très très négligée. J’ai pu en discuter avec plusieurs personne qui étaient toutes avec le même avis. Parking pas du tout sécurisé, ma voiture s’est faite vandalisé sur le parking, l’hébergement refuse le visionnage des caméras.

Gros manque de propreté. A mon arrivée, le ménage était apparemment fait, mais le sol était collant. J’ai passé un coup de serpillière malgré tout, et le balais blanc tout neuf est devenu noir de saleté.

Une nuit d'étape appart hotel *** en famille bien désagréable. Pas de papier toilette, pas de kit de nettoyage. Fuite importante dans la salle d'eau qui s'est prolongé dans la chambre (énorme flaque d'eau au sol) Chaises dangeureuses (déboîtées, dévissées), prises de courant fondues, brûlées, pas de lumières dans la cuisine (support néon cassé). Des traces de saletés sur les portes et murs. Clic-clac cassé, dessus du frigo fondu et cassé très bruyant il a fallu se lever à plusieurs reprises pour le bouger pour qu'il arrête son ronflement. Nous sommes arrivés après 18h, personne pour nous aider. Nous avons réussi à contacté la responsable de l'établissement le lendemain qui était désolée pour nous mais sans plus. Nous avons également contacter le SAV des établissements Vacancéoles, photos à l'appui. Par contre nous avons bien reçu tout les codes de sécurités pour pouvoir entrer et récupérer les clefs dans le coffre de notre appartement. - tout était grand ouvert... - La chambre est spacieuse, nous avions également serviette et drap à notre arrivée

la propreté est a revoir. Vaisselle non faites, encore de la sauce tomates sur les casseroles, frigo et micro onde pas nettoyés, (il restait encore du fromage dans le frigo). Pas de protège matelas, et pas de protège oreiller. Nous avons dû faire le ménage avant de nous installer.

totalement dégoûtée
propreté absente, les draps sont posé et débrouillez vous , linge de lit type hôpital, odeur de cigarette prononcé, voisin extrêmement bruyant, local a poubelle plein qui dégueule, mesure d'hygiène anti-covid a effectuer sois même, ménage a faire sois même sortir les poubelles sois même. 2 plaques en fonte vieillotte n'inspirant pas du tout confiance. aucuns produits ménager fournis autant dire que quand on vient pour une nuit on se trimballe pas avec éponge liquide vaisselle torchons aspirateur produit pour le sol et serpillère. l'accueil est glacial, au rdc pas de rideaux aux fenêtre. Pas de chauffage. juste quelques chaines tnt. non vraiment déçu quand on voit le tarifs nuit

Accueil de mauvaise qualité, parking complet et utilisé par des véhicules non clients. La chambre dispose d'une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas donc quasiment 30° dans le logement... Ce dernier est mal entretenu, ménage non fait (cheveux, poussière...) et même pas de papiers toilettes...
