Amazing service. The spa is incredible - the staff is very professional and excellent massages! The breakfast is 10/10 - fresh juice bar, a spread of fresh food, relaxing environment and very considerate staff. The property is extremely zen and a great place to relax. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic experience!
My parents and I spent time at this resort during our visit to Odisha. We loved everything about this property - all the way from their check-in till the time left on Sunday evening. The staff are always smiling and willing to help. They go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The travel desk was extremely helpful too with accommodating our travel plans. All the restaurants offered amazing variety of food. Not having tasted Odiya food before, we loved every dish we tried. The restaurant staff offered suggestions based on our dietary needs. I highly recommend Kanika if you want to enjoy local flavors. We will come back here anytime.

Top choice in Bhubaneswar
Beautiful property with lovely details. Service was excellent, with exception of the concierge/ travel desk which was awkward and rather grim. Food was very good in all of the restaurants we tried on the property. I had an oil head/hair massage at the spa with hair wash which was quite nice. Very relaxing and quiet vibe everywhere,

High Expectations - Terrible Experience
The check-in staff was rude while informing that there would be extra charges for late check-out beyond 2pm. He could have conveyed the same in a far more polite manner. The Air Conditioning in the room wasn't working properly. Over phone, an extra bed was quoted at Rs. 1000/night, whereas in the bill we were charged Rs2000/-. In any case the extra bed was so uncomfortable that my 8 year old refused to sleep in it. Three of us slept in the king size bed, but due to the air conditioning and plenty of mosquitoes in the room, we could hardly sleep. There was no action taken about air conditioning even after calling them at 12:30 in the night. To compensate for our discomfort and lack of sleep we were offered a massive discount of Rs 335/-!! Overall extremely bad experience.

This is a one of a kind hotel. A bit higher than the area hotels. However, once you get into the hotel, you find the relaxing ambience, the surroundings, the quality and service all make it a good deal. World class. Keep it up.

I have requested to arrange the Airport drop service early morning but they totally forgot it! Room was clean but it's a little bit bark. I don't want to recommend to my friends to stay this hotel.
