Was relatively easy to find. Staff friendly, good location within easy reach of beach and city centre. Quiet at night. Biarritz itself was easy to get around with plenty to do in a weekend, also easy access to Spain within an hour by bus.
This is a delightful hotel hidden away in a busy bustling street. It has a lovely "secret" garden which hosted a Jazz evening on our first night. We hadn't intended on eating there but were very glad we did as it was a great atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly especially on reception. Our ...
It was clean and comfy. I was on the third floor, no elevator so beware. There was no one who would help when I asked to get my luggage up the stairs, so be ready to drag and haul anything you bring. the bfast was a reasonable price however not great coffee so if you are a coffee lover, spend the ...
We had stayed here last year and as we had to have a night in Biarritz prior to our flight home we decided to stay again. Unfortunately the weather stopped us using the roof top swimming pool which had been a delight last year but the hotel has maintained its high standards. Our rooms were large ...
I was in Biarritz in 2011, in another hotel, but this time with my stay in Windsor Grand Plage Hotel I have enjoyed much more because its location is the best: just at two steps of the best beach of Biarritz, with many restaurants and shops nearby.
great location. simple and perfect. very close to everything. the staff always had a beautiful smile on their faces and even with a small language barrier everything we have asked for it was imediately solved. would go back for sure.
very budget hotel. you enter thru a side door and hardly ever see any of the hotel staff. which was fine for me. the lights in the stairwell and hallways are always turned off, and rarely turn on with the motion sensor. so it could be a potential problem for some, and quite scary for others. the ...
We stayed for 4 nights and particularly enjoyed being close to the centre and beautiful beaches of Biarritz. We had a sea view room with small balcony which was lovely. Comfortable bed and mainly helpful staff. Would have appreciated more information on directions to nearby underground car park before ...
A nice hotel if a little basic, but right in the centre with underground parking and pleasant, helpful staff.
The Petit Hotel is what its name suggests. It is a short stroll from the beach, restaurants and, if you have more money than sense, the casino. Jerome is very friendly and knowledgeable. The room we had was small and the double bed a little less than queen-sized. For guests arriving by car, it's ...
Soent 4 nighrs recharging our batteries here! We have been travellig hard and needed a place to chill.Facilities are great here. A stunning ocean view with the spanish coastline in the distance.
We arrived at the hotel and greeted by a lovely lady. The hotel ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. We only stayed the 1 night but, wished we had more time to stay.
This is a traditional French style hotel which has much character and interesting aspects, such as the polished wood floors, french doors and the cast iron balustrading on the balconies. The facilities are limited, i.e. no bar, no restaurant (breakfast room only), no fitness centre. Having said that, ...
No one came around to give fresh towels, no air conditioning so very hot in the room (went in August). Check out was at 10am and you had to clean up room and take out trash yourself. Beds just ok. Good price and good location.
A lovely hotel in the heart of Biarritz with the most helpful and friendly hotel staff I have ever come across. I will definitely go back and highly recommend the hotel. Truly Excellent.
