“It is a motel, built a while back. The rooms have been renovated and are comfortable. The staff were great… very friendly and informative. Our dinner was great… breakfast I just grabbed so granola because I was still pretty full from dinner! We did a load of laundry, which was really helpful on this long road trip. Didn’t get a chance to hit the pool as we got in later in the evening and took off early the next day. There is just so much to see at Capitol Reef”

“Oversized furniture made it difficult to move around. The tv was very undersized and hard to see from the bed. The blinds were very dirty and the outside of the property needed some clean up. This property has great potential with a little work ”
