Staff is always friendly and it’s a nice cozy place off the main roads but near enough to find stores restaurants etc . Serve a great breakfast as well ! Prefer to stay here when I’m in the area

There is NEVER anyone at the front desk. Actually there is a sign at the check in counter that states they have stepped away from the desk and will return shortly. That sign stays up 24/7. So when you need to check in or need assistance be prepared to wait

We stayed here due to being in town for a dance competition. The hotel was nice & the rooms were spacious. Only complaint is there was no linen in the rooms for the pullout bed, when I went to the front to ask for some I was provided sheets and blanket but they had no pillows available. We did not get a chance to try out the pool so no review about that.

Overall very good experience and nice stay!
Very clean room though ceiling showing some wear...check in was 4 which I did not realize and showed up at 3 o'clock with room not ready..breakfast was good though several items not ready at 630 which was the start of breakfast..quiet rooms and quiet area for wonderful nights sleep!

Overpriced considering quality
Overpriced for the quality. Bathroom had issues (toilet not secured, chipped bathtub paint, etc.) Getting into the bathroom was difficult because the door rubbed against the toilet. Sheets had odor. The staff was very helpful however so we appreciated that.

Huge headache
The staff was fine, not very friendly just there. Our room key stopped working in the middle of the day when we were out shopping. No reason for why they were deactived just gave us new keys. The whole floor smelled like pot even though we were on a non smoking floor. The smell was so strong that you got a headache as soon as you walked off the elevator. Staff knew of the issue but didnt know where it was coming from. I wont be staying there again.

The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant. The check in was quick & efficient. What I did not like was the rudeness of a female housekeeper. She was cleaning the main level near the bathrooms. I went in and used the men's room. I spent sometime in there due to a medical condition. When I opened the door to leave the housekeeper said something akin to "finally" or "thank God". As I shut the door to the bathroom she tells me "No no. Keep the door open (even though it was shut when I went in. Just a rude lady.
