Walls are paper thing, check in was slow, $18 for a breakfast buffet and not the selection was minimal. I probably will not stay at this hotel again. There's a Hilton property with the same amenities that I'll probably stay at next time.

We liked the idea of the proximity to the town. However, overnight there was a leak in the sink and we woke up to the whole bathroom underwater and visibly seeing water drip from the drain. We went to the front desk to tell them there was a leak and they sent a maintence man. They said the manager would call soon. Hours go by and no news from the manager. I go to the front desk and they tell me maintenance went and checked and said it was just because someone showered and water dripped from there. When I clarified and said absolutely not and there was visibly leaking problems the person at the front desk did not care. Still no word from manager. Horrible customer service and acting like nothing happened is appalling.

I stayed in one of the suites it was very nice came with living room 3 restrooms bar fridge microwave coffee maker 3 balcony's fireplace king-size bed jetted spa close to the village for shopping.

Arrival and check in was fine but getting our bags and ski gear to the room was difficult. First, the room was on the fourth floor and a long way from the nearest elevator. I grabbed a baggage cart but the snow was only partially cleared three days after the last snow event and the cart couldn’t pass. Then the fourth floor hallway had more steps between the elevator and our room so the cart had to be ditched again. The room itself was fine. No issues there. However the restaurant was never open when it was supposed to be and the front desk staff had very little knowledge of its hours of operation. Then in the morning the coffee station was abandoned with no coffee and left a mess. No one was at the desk either. Rough when so many are staying there to go up early to the slopes. The final straw is that I left my iPad in the side table. I have called the front desk about 15 times now over the course of this week and only reached a person twice. The first person told me I had to call when housekeeping was there and wouldn’t do anything to check to see if the iPad had been found. After days of unanswered calls and emails I finally reached a person named Austin. He was very helpful sounding and said he would check right away and get back to me. Three days later I’ve heard nothing from Austin and still can’t get anyone to answer the hotel phone.

Location excellent. Price reasonable. Room large and clean. Spa great. There were some quirks. TV didn't work. I called desk who said they would send someone. Hours later I asked an employee in the hall who called engineering, who did come by. We left for dinner and returned and it was not fixed. I called desk again, and got scolded that he had to wait for the new engineer to come on duty, but he would then come right away. Never happened. Next day I tried again and someone fixed it. Also pocket door to bathroom painted over and could not be closed. Overall, still a good location and price. Staff was very polite, just seemed to lack follow through.

Location is great and that’s really the only reason we stayed there. They provide coffee, service and water, but both were always empty. Each time at check out and check in line was at least 4 to 6 people deep. And staff apologize but said they were new and training. Also told us no other staff was coming in for hours. Wasn’t as clean and bedding was of very poor quality. Definitely not resort status.

This is a great hotel at the enterance of the village. It is very clean and facilities are in good condition. The room and beds were clean, however the bottles of soaps and tissues needed refills.

The service here was sub-par. From the moment of check in to the moment of check out, it was less than. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. I had to call on 2 occasions and the line just rang and rang. At night, they seemed to have turned the air off in our room, so it just got hotter and hotter. After multiple attempts to contact anyone on the phone, finally someone answered, but nothing done. Then magically, in the morning, the air popped back on. Our room was dusty, layers were on the lamps. The sheets were clean and the location was great, walking distance to most things.

The shower soap dispenser was completely out and the shower towels were paper thin. beed two per person to dry and only two in the room. tried to call front desk and they wouldn’t answer. asked about it during check out. they gave no interest. During check in the front desk informed me that I don’t receive any resort stay credits due to booking through an outside source. Hmmm
