The property was clean the rooms were clean and well stocked the downside was you were not able to utilize the pool as two families with children were it in the entire time when it was finally available it was after 10:00 pm. When we went down for breakfast on Saturday the hot food was gone, and it was only 7:30am and we did not see anyone to ask if more would be coming out.

Everything is clean and front desk staff was friendly. Kids liked the cookies and I appreciate coffee in the lobby until midnight.

I like that the property is close to the highway. Its also close to dining. Oneof ourbeds was firm and the other was soft. The room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast attendedent could keep a closer eye on things. No forks or coffee cups. I will definitely stay again next time I am in the area.

I like that there is a dog run area with supplies. I forgot my bags in the car and would have had to walk around the building. The pool is nice. The area where the hot tub used to be is very slippery.

Desk staff nice and accommodating, great location and clean. Nice pool and gym area. Vending machines don't take card or bills need exact change, i got the$2.50 exact change for a bottle of water and none of the 4 vending machines would give one up. Water pressure was low and wifi caused Netflix movie to keep freezing.

We arrived and were greeted and taken care of quickly!! Very friendly desk clerk. Rooms were clean and pool area was nice. Very warm. It was great on a freezing day. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety. Would come back!!

It was a nice place to hang our hats for the night. We were anticipating a hot tub due to the online picture of the pool area, but there was none (the space it took up previously now has a table and chairs over it).

We stay here tbe Wednesday-Friday of Thanksgiving. Everyone who works there was extremely kind and helpful! We recwived a toddler bed as requested and enjoyed a delicious breakfast both mornings. The first night the pool was broken, but we were welcome to swim at the pool next door. You can walk right across the parking lot to Meijer. The hotel was very clean, and checking in and out wad easy!

My puppy almost ingested drugs on floor, inner side next to bed. Also candy and container top! Drugs 2 burgendy pills with numbers ( medication). Reported. Cream top had a curly tight hair upon opening..omg Horrible replenishing hot breakfast bins, 2 complaints at server door

Elevator was broken and seemed broken for some time. Pool was closed, pump broke “just that morning.” Sign was clearly there for some time. Climate control did not work. TV’s were terrible with terrible, shouldn’t be used in a hotel, service.
