Restaurant food was okay. Hotel had a strong cleaner smell in the lobby...don't like that. The price was too high for a small town hotel.

Average hotel not around much

closest location to marion from GRR Airport but in what feels like the middle of no where but a average hotel

Weekend stay

Stayed as part of a sports tournament. Staff was very accommodating to our large group. Housekeeping staff was super friendly.

Stayed on second floor.

Pros: Restaurant
Cons: Honesty from male at front desk to give me my 2,000 points
Location: Great location. Near college to attend college hockey game.
Room above me had cooler. It broke and water leaked through my ceiling in my room. Could hear TV in lobby all night going to my room. Could not sleep. Guy at front desk said that he would give me 2,000 points on my Priority Club Rewards card. I dought that this will be done.

Not Holiday Inn quality.

Bottom sheet kept coming off, lumpy beds, no colonial breakfast. There was a sock in the floor ----left by previous tenant? Talking in hallway sounds like they are in your room. Charge extra for a refrigerator. Not what I had come to expect from Holiday Inn.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Downside: no refrigerator in room. Close to strip mall, grocery store. Convenient access to University.

Overnight stay

Pros: Great staff.
Cons: Our room had a bunch of cobwebs all over.
Location: Check out Krankers. Real good beer and good food.
Just a run of the mill overnight stay, however I left a rechargeable toothbrush in my room and didn't realize until I got home. I live 4 hours away, so going back for it wasn't an option. I called to see if it had been found, and it was. To my great surprise, the sweet young lady said it would be mailed to me free of charge tomorrow! I was speechless. If this is a representation of the staff at this location, you can stay with confidence. Thank you.
