For the price we paid, the condition of the Big Horn condo was extremely dissappointing. The decor clearly had not been updated since the mid-80's. No money had been spent on upkeep, so a number of things were broken, such as the garage door, the coffee table, the fireplace glass screen, and the latch on the back door. About half of the lightbulbs were missing from the lamps when we arrived. There were big rips and stains in the comforters and shams on the beds. The couch was so worn that the cushions kept collapsing, and the couch blanket was ratty and torn. I was really quite horrified that we spent so much money to stay in such a poorly maintained condo. To top it all off, there was no internet in the condo, which is somewhat of an expectation in this day and age. The owners and the resort should be embarrassed.
