Nice western hotel in a cute townPosted Nov 22, 2015
I can't express how nice and friendly each employee was there. We would ask them questions about the town or where to go and they would go above and beyond with the answers. It was really clean and looked like a new hotel. We will definitely be going back!

Need bigger tvPosted Oct 22, 2015
No problem checking in other than the young man at the front desk mumbled and was hard to understand. He also made us wait while he was talking to his mother who was dropping off food to him. Seems like the customer should come first. We appreciated the free cookies in the lobby that were constantly replenished. Also appreciated the free washers and dryers. TV was difficult at first to connect to and was fairly small. Had to have someone come to the room to get it to connect. He said they were getting new, larger TVs soon. Location to park entrance was convenient.

Close to Yellowstone Park AttractionsPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Well located to park.
Cons: Better communication between hotel and booking agents, such as Expedia.
Location: Yellowstone Park
Clean room, friendly staff. There was a mix up in room reservations which had been made 90 days in advance. Had to contact Expedia to get a price adjustment. Available room was a lower cost, handicap room, which worked, but not as nice as the king executive I had reserved for my wife and I.

Few options are available in West Yellowstone. This motel was acceptable.

Well located close to Park entrancePosted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: The rooms.
Cons: A bathtub would be great - a shower after a long cold wet day in the park just doesn't cut it.
Location: Superbly located for west entrance to Yellowstone.
Lovely rooms but buffet breakfast annoying, as vouchers only include one drink ie. If you have juice you pay for coffee extra.

Nice hotel 2 blocks from Yellowstone entrancePosted Sep 9, 2015
Cons: Very heavy doors to room slam shut and hard to open.
This is a very nice hotel, easy to find, 2 blocks from Yellowstone entrance. Room was very nice, great beds. Staff were very nice and helpful. Pool was exceptionally clean and perfect temperature. Free fresh warm cookies at front desk were a nice touch. Very quiet room, never heard anything from other rooms, great for sleeping.

Resort areaPosted Sep 6, 2015
Hotel was pretty nice. Staff very friendly. No complimentary breakfast and prices high, but in line with everything in the area. Area is a resort area and pretty expensive.
