nice place

Pros: very nice
Cons: move the ADA room up near the lobby
Location: Location was great for going to Yellowstone park and places in tiown.
Pool and hotel was great. Only thing I did not like was were my room was. I am disable and the room for me was way in the back. Not very well place if your disable.

Great place

It's always great to stay in a place that has nice people working this hotel. Comfort and great price. Easy to walk to any place in the entire town and get great food and lots of drinks also a good grocery store next door. Easy to get in and out to hit all the trails.

50.00 fee charged to your credit card without telling you what it is for . Still waiting for the charge to be removed.

This is an authorization for security against loss or damage and incidental charges i.e. phone, sundry, additional person, additional bedding, etc. etc. that is not covered by your pre-payment agreement with the online travel agency.

Old hotel but has its tradition and history. All Yellowstone animals you can find in lobby.

This hotel was king of tired feeling; slow drain in the bathtub, worn carpet and paint. But it was fine for our needs and the price.

Terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible. The GM, the guy with long hair, is a completely rude. Should be fired immediately. We stayed two nights and they gave our room away after first night because I didn't leave my toothbrush in the room, he said, then told my wife and I to go find another place to stay. Who hired this guy? Paul was there to help. Thank you Paul.

Great location, staff, room and price

Pros: The staff and room itself.
Cons: Housekeeping was off one day, but they were training new people and not a big inconvenience.
Location: Yellowstone.
Room was as described. Quiet with nice arrangement of closet, bath, TV, etc. Despite its location, relatively decent internet access. Breakfast was better than anticipated. Staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and ready to address any concern you might have. I was there on the last weekend the Park was open before winter shut down, the town was near empty but you would not know it from the international guest list and breakfast room gathering. I would recommend staying here no matter the time of year due to its location and the quality of the staff.
