Pros: Clean rooms
The facility was clean but the rooms are dated and also need some maintenance.

both positive and negative

Pros: the lady at the front desk was very understanding about the error and did what she could to accomadate us.
Cons: the windows should be able to be locked and the price was way too high. the beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in.
I had made the reservation on line and requested a room for handicap ascessability. when I got there the room I was given was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. the lady at the front desk changed my room to one on the main floor. the room had a window in the bathroom that had no lock on it and wouldn't stay shut. this made me very uncomfortable in a strange place.

Needs repair

At over $200 per night, much left to be desired. Carpets old and dirty, mattresses old. Could not shower if bathroom above us in use or we had no hot water. As previously stated, not worth the price.

Letzte Möglichkeit

Pros: Das Auschecken
Cons: so ziemlich alles
Location: West Yellowstone, Stadtrand

We had reserved for 2 nights. We checked out early and went somewhere else. The room was outdated, dirty. The front desk lady reimbursed us right away though. We still had to spend a night in this overpriced, unacceptable motel. The other hotel we ended up at actually apologized that we had had to stay there!

Great location, but dirty

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Located close to the West entrance of Yellowstone and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room had 3 queen beds which was perfect for our family of 7. The rug was stained, the bathroom was gross. The shower was so bad that I couldn't coax my kids into showering. The AC didn't cool the entire room. The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant at check in and checkout.

Not a comfortable experience

no breakfast, wifi is super slow (slower than my cellphone data) and make it unusable. Air condition doesn't work and we can't sleep well due the code temperature
