Many upgrades, worthy of praise.

I have been staying here about once a month for about a year. The new owners have updated and renovated much in the hotel. For example, the coffee pots in the rooms used to be the old hotel brand with the round disk of stuff that tasted like sock water, on this trip my room had a Keurig; the breakfast now has a broader selection of hot items and cold as well (Greek yogurt was added to the usual); and the grab-a-bag of breakfast-to-go is brilliant. I can only imagine what surprises await for my next visit.

My family reunion

Pros: Clean, super clean. Air conditioning. Swimming pool. The ease in checking in and also checking out.
Cons: For us, nothing
Location: All kinds of restaurants.
We had a family reunion in Fresno because a lot of my family lives there. We stayed at the best Western colonial Inn was great with all our children and a swimming pool ready for them. In the morning we had breakfast and all the family enjoyed it. It was a great stay.

A wonderful stay

Stay at this hotel was very were very good, the staff were very helpful, the only issue we had were that the mattresses were to firm for us.

Worth staying

The staff were very friendly. They served a nice breakfast included in the stay of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy with the usual breakfast cereals a and juice n coffee.

Old falling apart

1st night check in middle of night A.C. breaks. It started to get warm In the room but my kids were sleeping. In the morning I go tell front desk who then tells me we can move rooms, great. What she also told me was: I should've told them last night so we could've moved. It was in the middle of the night umm no. Next night clean slate new room. Nope not a chance shower tub creaks every time you step around in the shower. Toilet clogs at 1030pm no maintenance but i was told i can walk downstairs and retrieve the plunger. So I go downstairs And tell then we need a snake, she said sorry new management don't even know where there would be a snake. Sure enough plunger didn't work, I needed a snake but none available in a hotel. So I just became unsanitary and used my hands to pick dig cheap outta the toilet because there was no options. And the a.c. is as loud as a car motor, which they said they fixed but didn't. And theres mold in the bathroom. Ugh!!! First time ever doubted the name Best Western sad to say!!!!

Good hotel

Place was nice. Service was good. Great housekeepers. The only thing is that I didn't know they were going to hold 25$ while staying there for the room.

The hotel is in great location.I will give breakfast 3/10 if I have to; quality was the same. I personally ended up just eating a few apples and bananas. The rooms are descent, but not clean. i.e. The tub was clean but the top of it was dirty. The room looked clean, but the carpet was dirty (corners). The toilet paper holders were oxidized and black. You get the idea. Overall, if the hotel could be a descent one if they spend little $ to make things better.
