We checked in late to our suite and the clerk informed is breakfast went until 10. Getting into our room, we set up the packnplays for our infant and toddler, and discovered we had no electricity in the bedroom or the living room, only the entry/bathroom. In calling down to the front desk, they could only offer me a smaller room. Then in the morning we came down to eat at 940, and everything was cleaned up. The staff then told us breakfast had ended and 930 and was surprised the clerk told us 10 the night before. The morning clerk went and found us some leftover from the back and made us a waffle. She told me she would have the manager call me when they came in at 3PM later that day, but it never happened. Overall the room was decent, the staff was polite, but I was pretty disappointed, particularly as we had decided to elect to get a suite. Would I stay again, yes but I would follow up on some things first.

Most terrible stay.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The guy working the desk couldn't find us by our email to load our points. The beds were terrible and the room was boiling hot when we arrived from a 10+ hour car drive and all we wanted was to relax. The icing on the cake was the fact that you could not only hear the loud traffic drive by but also feel the room shake. I would highly recommend driving a few more miles for a more comfortable stay somewhere else.

Many upgrades, worthy of praise.

I have been staying here about once a month for about a year. The new owners have updated and renovated much in the hotel. For example, the coffee pots in the rooms used to be the old hotel brand with the round disk of stuff that tasted like sock water, on this trip my room had a Keurig; the breakfast now has a broader selection of hot items and cold as well (Greek yogurt was added to the usual); and the grab-a-bag of breakfast-to-go is brilliant. I can only imagine what surprises await for my next visit.

My family reunion

Pros: Clean, super clean. Air conditioning. Swimming pool. The ease in checking in and also checking out.
Cons: For us, nothing
Location: All kinds of restaurants.
We had a family reunion in Fresno because a lot of my family lives there. We stayed at the best Western colonial Inn was great with all our children and a swimming pool ready for them. In the morning we had breakfast and all the family enjoyed it. It was a great stay.

A wonderful stay

Stay at this hotel was very were very good, the staff were very helpful, the only issue we had were that the mattresses were to firm for us.
