Front desk staff were very courteous in the morning, however the staff at the front desk of 9th June in the night was quite rude and unfriendly. The In Room dining could improve a lot and when requested for Demarara Sugar, the response was we don't have it here so cannot get it. Not even a word stating, will check to see the availability. When informed about the same to the front desk atleast they came back to me stating demarara sugar is not available in Bikaner. Also the kitchen staff of a 4 star hotel, not knowing the difference between instant coffee and filter coffee... Gosh!!!!! I just can't imagine.
